I’ve used this for ninety days and am pleased beyond expectations for a bag of this price. My use is in a travel trailer with night temperatures around fifty. I’m sleeping alone and am 6’2” 175 pounds. It is SUPER roomy. When temperatures drop lower I slide next to a zipper and fold the rest of the bag on top. That leave three layers on top and one below and it is extremely warm. If you are smaller than me you can also separate the bags (it is actually two bags) and sleep zipped inside both bags. The outer fabric is a bit crinkly the first few nights but softens quickly. The zippers are excellent. I wish the makers would sew a couple Velcro tabs to facilitate the fold over method but it works well enough.

After using this double sleeping bag for three tent camping trips from late summer into fall, I've got some mixed feelings to share. The overall construction feels surprisingly durable, which is a definite plus for outdoor gear. However, there are some significant drawbacks that potential tent campers should know about. The most important issue is warmth - or rather, the lack of it. Despite the temperature rating, you'll need to supplement with additional blankets and warm clothing. Even in a proper tent setup, we found ourselves sleeping in sweatshirts and adding extra blankets just to stay comfortable in moderate temperatures. This isn't ideal when you're purchasing what should be a complete tent camping sleep solution. Let's address the included pillows - honestly, they're practically useless for adults. They're tiny and offer minimal support - think toddler-sized at best. You're better off bringing your own pillows and pretending these weren't even included in your tent camping kit. Bought for a camping trip I just went on, I liked the duo zippers on each side. I would highly recommend reminding your partners to zip their side up before going to bed though, as mine rolled out and "froze half to death". Poor thing. The pillows are so so, definitely pack your own if you want a good nights sleep & want to protect your neck. It was roomy inside, light weight. Easy to roll up & put back into the bag it came in.

My husband is 6' 2" and I am 5' 4". We are both plus sized people and we both comfortably fit into this sleeping bag with two medium sized dogs who weigh 40-45 lbs. This sleeping bag has a easy to open and close zipper on both sides. Additionally, these zippers are a 2 way zipper. The zippers handles themselves are also nice because they swivel between the inside and outside of the bag. If you like to put your whole body under the covers, this is a nice feature since it allows you to open the zipper from the inside of the bag itself. There is a small opening at the bottom of the sleeping bag due where both 2 way zippers meet. This is definitely one of the bad features it has, but does not allow it to affect my overall rating of it. Although I am personally not a fan of the small bit of air that does enter the sleeping bag from the hole, I am thankful for it as it prevents you from sweating in it. This sleeping bag does come with cute little pillows, but if you're the type of person who can't sleep with out a pillow, these will not do the job. Although this sleeping bag is lightweight, it definitely does a fabulous job in keeping you warm in the cold weather. I did find that I needed to use a comforter on top of the bag, but that is only due to the fact that I like to feel as if I am about to walk through the gates of hell as I am sleeping. My use of an additional comforter was also due to the fact that this sleeping bag was used during a 20 degree night with 30 MPH winds, which is outside of the temperature range this bag advertised. Had the additional comfortable not been used during this night, we would have just been warm and not toasty, which is still great considering the weather conditions we were sleeping in. The hooded feature this bag has is also nice because you can use it to cocoon yourself if you're into that. My last favorite thing about this sleeping bag is that it is nylon on both the inside and outside of the bag. If you have dogs that shed like I do, this feature is the cherry on top as it makes the dog hair easy to remove from the entire sleeping bag. My overall opinion of this sleeping bag is that I just simply love it. It's not only spacious, easy to store, easy to use, and easy to clean, but it also did a good job at keeping us warm outside of the advertised temperature. It was a great buy as a great price.
