Does it come with a bit to do a bevelled edge

I bought this as a gift for my son. The box of bits seemed quite comprehensive. Certainly had a bit for rounding edges/corners. Not sure about a bevel at 45deg.

I am having trouble inserting the bits, there is only what i can describe as a guide rather than a collet which is too tight for the 1/4 bits.

The chuck is a 1/4” capacity so I’m not sure why it will not take a 1/4” bit. The only suggestions I can think of is a) Is the locking nut loosened off sufficiently and b) is the bit the correct size. If the answer is yes to both then sorry to say I can’t imagine what the cause of your problem might be.

Can you get additional replacement carbon brushes for this item?

Sorry to say I have no idea but I would guess so. Having had it for a short time it isn’t a problem I have had as yet. Sorry I couldn’t be more helpful.
