Q: My old adaptec scsi card was in a windows xp professional environment. will this work with windows 7 or higher?

I don't know. But I had good luck with all the startech products except the USB 3.0 only because it is 64 bit and my old computer is 32 bit. All the Sata and 1394 worked perfect. I would go right to Starteck to find a driver for 10 (which I have no experience with) Good hunting.! I can only believe they have a driver for it.
