Natural Labradorite Sphere Rock Quartz Crystal Ball Healing Ornament Specimen + Pedestal (900g)

Beautiful crystal to start my son's collection. Nice size and beautiful clarity. Definitely worth the price.

I'm happy with everything about this piece! It's gorgeous and I can't stop turning it in my hand, watching different colors flash. It is bigger than I expected which is the exact opposite of a problem. Even the stand is great. It's definitely getting displayed in the living room.

The good news;I read the reviews on this sphere and looked at the pictures of people who were dissatisfied. Personally I find it a common perception of disappointment from people that labradorite doesn't flash as they expected, or doesn't "look like the pictures". But honestly, I've never met a piece of this mineral that didn't hold flash somewhere within. In fact, I often feel the wonder of it is letting it reveal itself to you when light hits it a certain way. My pieces of Lab constantly surprise me with what they reveal. And yes, some have more apparent flashes or brilliance than others, but they all, in my experience have more than what meets the eye. This piece was lovely. It has beautiful little flashes of blue, gold and rainbow. It also had some neat silvery stuff, that didn't flash, as well as gold fissures. Most of this was apparent with the naked eye but some with a jewelers loupe.The bad news;I ordered the 900 and it was definitely not that. I have 5 spheres total; a 60, an 80, a 300 and two 900's and this was more like a 300. So that parts a bummer. Though, the price lines more up with that size because truly, a 900 Lab sphere at 65$ seemed too good to be true so, I figured it was worth the chance. I'm only stating as a neg because people should be honest about what they sell. Say what you mean, mean what you say.Edit:I still want to say, as time has marched on, this piece of Lab has truly surprised me with what it reveals. It is absolutely beautiful! The flashes of neon blue are all over it, with one being particularly large. As well the flashes of gold though smaller are just phenomenal. It looks like a little planet. It is true the stand is junk for the most part, but, it does the job until I buy a more suitable one.

I ordered the largest sphere of Labradorite that was offered. The picture on the site was spectacular. I received the stone quickly and there was good communication about the shipping. Unfortunately while the stone is clearly large and well polished, it is also lifeless. Nothing inspiring about this stone. It has one small band of color that can only be witnessed if the stone is held and rotated exactly so. Probably should have been rejected by the vendor. Maybe you could grind it smaller and get a better response. The stand is nice.I wish I had a nice sphere to put on it.

I should have known better and yet I was attracted to the beautiful shiny photo without checking reviews. I paid $40.00 for a junk rock… my fault. The larger crystal ball is the “labradorite.” The smaller one is Black Tourmaline and is accurate. According to a description in a book on crystals the color of the labradorite is blue or gray with multiple flashes of color. I don’t know what type of cheap product that I bought but it is a very dark green with no flashes of color.

I gave this 5 stars, but it is not 900g, by the looks of it, it's only 500g. I paid the price for 900g. However, it is a beautiful crystal ball, with lots of flash. Since where I live, it would cost much more, even for a smaller one at the local rock and mineral shop. I can't complain much, just beware that the size they send you, maybe a lot smaller than the size you are paying for. I won't order another one, because goodness knows (by reading the reviews) what the new one would look like...

WARNING: This item may contain trace amounts of Labradorite. Not as depicted in the offering. This stone sphere contained perhaps 15% visible Labradorite on its surface in a matrix of light and dark grey stone. Upon returning the item, I was offered an opportunity for replacement. The replacement sphere contained even less Labradorite, maybe 10%. I give 2 stars because the craftsmanship of the carving and polishing is high. If you want a shiny circle of rock with a little Labradorite in it, and don't mind paying too much for it, this may be the rock for you.

La primera foto es la que recibí. Opaca y negra. No se parece en nada a la segunda foto que es colorida y vibrante. Muy decepcionado.
