This is the fourth time I bought a Gotham product ! Perfect!

Early usage indicates it meets expectations. Yes the Eggs slide off, yeas I made an omelette directly in the pan, fried bacon and sautéed mushrooms and it still looks like new! No I don't use metal instruments in the pan, I am not a tester! So far excellent. We got the smaller pan to try it out, will wait a while to see if it lasts the test of time. I do tend cook at lower temperatures on all pans so I have no burned anything on it yet, but bacon residue (cooked without oil) on a higher heat came off easily.
