Everything seems to be alright as we opened the box. Let’s see how it goes and I will provide with the updates. My first manicure 💅 1. Pre- care is important for a good manicure. Start by removing cuticles followed by buffing the nail surface 2. Cure base coat for 60s and even after that it may be tacky and that’s how it should be. 3. The color coat has to be as thin as possible and should be cured for 120s or more 4. The top coat is most trickiest, as per the manual you should clean the top coat with cleaning wipes but it makes the lose it shine by doing so… therefore it up to you how you finish them All in all it’s a great hobby to have and with practice you can do so much more

Amazing quality and long lasting gel nail polish. It was simple and easy to do at home. It didn’t take much time either. I am going to save so much money every month now! 🥳 Not giving 5 stars because you can’t choose the colours you get 😭

I have been trying to do my nails at home. I have bought a couple of gel kits but had to return because they are very bad. I have used this for 4 days now and it’s holding up well. I will update if this changes.

Da ich Recht weiche Nägel habe, bricht und blättert normaler Nagellack nach 3 Tagen von den Nägeln, vor allem auch wenn man den Abwasch etc. macht. Base Coat, Farbe und Top Coat lassen sich sehr einfach auftragen, unter dem Licht habe ich es ein wenig länger aushärten lassen (aus Angst es sei noch nicht trocken). Bisher sind 3 Tage vergangen und die Nägel sind noch perfekt wie am ersten Tag. Wie lange sie maximal halten wird sich zeigen, ebenso wie die Entfernung des Gels. Update: Der Nagellack hat problemlos 2 Wochen gehalten. Zum Entfernen habe ich mir Nagellackentferner mit Aceton gekauft, 30min in Alufolie gewickelt. Das Abkratzen war echt mühsam, jedoch habe ich auch vorsichtig versucht den Nagellack abzukratzen. Werde nach einer Alternative suchen. Mit ein bisschen Sorgfalt und Übung sehen die Nägel echt perfekt aus und man spart sich den Gang zum Nagelstudio. Bis auf die umständliche Entfernung ist es echt ein sehr gutes Set.

After getting my nails done professionally a few times recently I definitely caught the wanting to have lovely nails all the time bug. The last time I paid £25 to have them professionally done and one chipped in under a week (I was so gutted!) so I figured I'd give a DIY at home a go and settled on this set as it would only take a couple of trips to the salon to cover the price. It's one of the more expensive starter sets I've seen on amazon but I would definitely recommend this brand. So far I've done my nails twice and am so happy with the results. They easily last two weeks and I only removed them to have a change of colour. I find them easier than normal nail polish as you don't have to sit around waiting to dry/cure. Just 30/60 seconds under the UV lamp and your ready for your next coat or good to go. I think it takes patience to do them neatly so set up a tv show in the background so you can take your time. I'm no where near salon level at painting my nails (yet!) but I think this is a brilliant at home and much more affordable way to do it.

Ein super Anfänger Set um sich selbst Gel Nägel zu machen. Hab es gekauft um meine Naturnägel zu verstärken, da sie mir regelmäßig an den Seiten eingerissen sind. Jetzt mit der Verstärkung ist es so gut wie nicht mehr. Hab mittlerweile für mich herausgefunden dass bei mir 2 Schichten Farbe zwischen Top- und Basecoat ausreicht. Im Nachhinein würde ich mir wahrscheinlich eher die einzelnen Komponenten einzeln (Lampe,Base,Top und ein helles Rosa) kaufen da ich doch lieber dezente Farben benutze. Mit der Haltbarkeit bin ich auch mehr als zufrieden. Nach ca 3 Wochen mache ich die alten Schichten teilweise ab und übertrage dann die neuen Schichten. Dadurch sind meine Nägel endlich mal länger geworden( siehe Bild) sonst sind sie nie über die Finger Spitze gewachsen. Halten würde das Gel wahrscheinlich auch länger.
