The first day I took this supplement I felt a surge of energy through me .. I recommended this to my husband too as he was feeling lethargic. I try to take this every second day as the dose os quite high or I would recommend halving a tablet which can easily be done. I do warn you on days you don’t take it you do feel like you again don’t have energy. It does become addictive as it’s soo good! I would recommend to others but do your own research on long time usage as they don’t recommend using for longer than six months.

Read about Chromium and really wanted to give it a try for my PCOS as a supplement but then got myself another supplement which already had it. So didn't wanna overdose hence returned it. These were tiny tablets easy to swallow and seemed tasteless. 1 star because this purchase didn't work for me. Otherwise outer sealed foil packaging was great to retain all the nutritional value of the tablets and the look of the product was attractive. Year long supply too which was a big win for me. Will definitely 😁 buy again!!
