Expensive ... BUT my hairdresser told me to use this as a replacement for my leave in conditioner AND curl cream. It has worked wonders with my curls! Pea sized amount daily on very wet hair in shower, scrunch, flip, air dry. Amazing!

I was a little skeptical of this hair mask at first, but WOW! I have damaged ends, and have been trying different products to avoid getting a cut just a little longer. When I first used it, I thought that for a moisturizing hair mask, it washed off way too clean. Then I brushed my hair…no tangles at all…the mask really locked in moisture. I use High Dive (or Waterfall) leave in conditioner, and made the mistake of using the same amount after Up in the Clouds. Totally not necessary - my hair just felt slightly waxy. (Not the case the second time I used it.). Also, the scent is one of my favorites. My only note is to not use it too frequently, maybe once a week or so. There are oils in the mask, which can cause a bit of residue buildup, requiring a cleansing shampoo every so often. (I prefer Neutrogena.)

My fine hair is severely damaged from over bleaching at home, the last few weeks I have tried almost every top brand of conditioner on he market, this is by far the best, I have found that, not rinsing it out completely works the best. Love it.

I don't review products, but there aren't many detailed reviews of this product and I felt it was worth the money. I live in an extremely dry climate (think the desert, then drier) and I have very long hair with a strong wave. My hair is neither coarse nor fine, heat styling and sleeping on it wet had made it feel frizzy and tangle easily. It was not shiny. I applied this product in the shower and left it on from root to end for about 10 mins, then rinsed out with just water. It does not feel slick like freshly conditioned hair feels, it felt like it had a bit of tack - this is normal. My hair the next day was GREASY - the roots practically stood up by themselves - but after a shower with regular shampoo and conditioner then drying, my hair is so beautiful. It is incredibly soft and silky and SHINY, like I just got a keratin treatment, and does not feel like there is any product in the hair. I feel like I've tried so many hair products over the years but this one truly surprised me with the results. This conditioner is definitely getting added to my regular routine. I think next time I will try applying this first, then shampooing afterward, to avoid dealing with greasy hair for a day.

I bought this along with the "on a cloud" shampoo. YOu only need a tiny bit of each. For reference, I have straight hair that is generally considered "fine" but I have a lot of it. not skinny hair by any means, but there are areas where i'm graying it's a little bit it's coarser. The ends of my hair are a little crunchy (dry). always have been even when i stopped all hair drying, processing, styling---everything for a year during 2020. This conditioner is odd. It doesn't take much and it doesn't go on really slick like other conditioners.. I know, it's a mask.. but it says you can use it for daily use. so, when you rinse it out, it doesn't have that soft slick feeling you might be used to after intense conditioning. in fact, my hair almost felt rubbery with a strange pull or tack to it when i rubbed my hand across my head in the shower, i can't really describe it. i was really turned off to this at first, but i kept going. after using both the shampoo and conditioner for a week, my hair feels so soft! even my crunchy ends have softened. the fragrances are fine, nothing amazing or off putting, but i think it's helping the health of my hair all around.
