Lo uso personalmente per tutto, il materiale è eccellente, taglia qualsiasi cosa. Ricordarsi che la lama è liscia e corta, quindi se dovete tagliare grossi pezzi di verdura, oppure avete bisogno di "seghettare", forse questo è troppo piccolo. Per pulire zucchine, zenzero, tagliare carote, pulire piccole verdure in generale è ottimo.

This is a piece of the Zwilling J.A. Henckels Twin Four Star set that I don't have. These are top quality knives. Always buy the Henckels knives that are made in Germany like this one. Their lower quality knives are made in China and India. I like the way the fous star set feels in my hand. They cut beautifully and are razor sharp. I highly recommend this blade

I have owned a set of Zwillings knives for over 20 years and sadly lost the paring knife so this was a replacement. Zwillings knives are excellent quality and last for decades if you wash them by hand, not in a dishwasher, and regularly sharpen using a steel.
