Dometic Cargo Slide for CFX3 Powered Cooler, Refrigerator/Freezer (35/45)

I've mounted this in my tear drop trailer for my CFX 45 fridge. It feels heavy duty, though I do question the use of rivets instead of welds to hold it together. I've had it mounted for a few months now with no issues so far. You can use either screws (from the bottom up) or straps to mount your dometic fridge. I choose to do both. Plenty of predrilled mounting holes to mount this to your vehicle or trailer. You could also easily drill move if needed. I used eight heavy screws to mount the slide to plywood.

Strong sturdy

Held together with pop rivets. One of the rivets on the rear crossmember came out during shipping. For $300 it should have been built with better fasteners. Dometic should buy me a drill bit and a riveter kit

It gets the job done, nothing fancy (literally).

Was working well until one day, open sliding it out, a bunch of plastic pieces flew everywhere, and I couldn't close it anymore. Spent a couple of hours trying to fix it, but one tiny peiece fails in this thing, and it goes from $350 to garbage in a split second. Would not recommend. And the best is, Amazon say to contact Dometic for warranty because it's from their store, while Dometic say they only deal with warranty for anything purchased under doemtic.com. Fun stuff.
