Bialetti 6703 Manual Glass Milk Frother, Silver

Works well. Very pleased. Been making some excellent cappuccinos with this without the cost of an espresso maker to actually steam the milk. Recommended

I used a skimpier single-screen manual frother which didn't do a great job. This one is vastly superior. The double screens on this make all the difference. I first tried it with 2% milk but it also froths whole milk just as well. The rubber ring on the bottom provides a firm and stable grip on the countertop. The glass is of a nice sturdy thickness. (I wish they'd also make one of smaller capacity!)

I could not believe how remarkably simple it is to use and achieve excellent results. And it’s fast! My method is to heat 1 cup milk to ~150°, place the frother on and beaker back on its rubber bottom, then quickly pump the milk taking long strokes. When milk’s volume almost doubles I decrease the height of the stroke and continue to pump for about 30 seconds or until I get the texture I desire. There’s good how-to vids on YouTube.

I bought this to make frothed milk to add to my coffee that I make with my Bialetti Moka Pot. It's probably user error but sometimes my milk froths very well with this and sometimes it doesn't froth well at all, despite me trying to be very consistent with the way I do it. Due to this, I'd say its not super user friendly and takes some figuring out and trial and error if you're not a pro with this stuff. One problem is that you have to put a good amount of milk in here in order to be able to froth it since the milk has to be at least as high as the little screens and the glass cup is pretty wide. So I always end up with more frothed milk than I need and I end up using more milk than I want to. I like how you can put the glass and the silicone holder in the microwave to heat your milk and the glass handle does not get hot. I find this very easy to clean. When I'm done using it I rinse it out immediately and then fill it about 1/3 of the way with hot water and soap, before plunging it as if I am frothing milk. This makes the soap super frothy which is actually very satisfying and cleans the screens well. I just rinse the screens well after and use a sponge to clean all of the other parts.

Given the frequent power outages we are having in California this is an easy way to still make frothed milk. My only complaint is the glass is quite fragile when washing it by hand. I already have had to replace one of the glass vessels after it chipped against another pot in the sink.

I didn't pay attention to the reviews on how fragile this is. Broke at the base after a few uses.

Easy to use and very easy to clean . Good quality, and cheap, takes very small space. For the a user who makes a few drinks a week or one a day, one doesn't need more than that.

I love it and I had to leave a review for all cappuccino's lovers! I am from Italy and I have been making my own cappuccino at home for decades using a Bialetti mocha machine and a Bialetti Milk Frother. (I also tried cappuccino machines and they just do not compare). I bought several Bialetti milk frothers before and while they work well, eventually the non-stick coating gets damaged so I have to replace them every year or so. This Milk Frother is so far the very BEST!! It will last much, much longer because it's made of glass. It took me 2 days to learn how to make creamy foam for my cappuccino and now it's superior to all other milk frothers I ever owned. My personal tip is to use warm/almost hot milk, froth it until it raises and you feel some resistance, then let it sit there for a minute... this last part is key to make cream.

Fantastico! Lavabile completamente a differenza di quello elettrico che a lungo andare si rovina( la parte di rivestimento interna per le alte temperature brucia, ne ho provati 6!). Schiuma eccezionale in pochi istanti con qualunque tipo di latte, anche magro!

O produto é muito bem construído, o design lindo e pode ir ao microondas. Li vários comentários sobre a volumetria e um vazamento pela tampa, mas seguindo as instruções e enchendo com apenas 1/3 fica perfeito, e com a espumação - que é muito boa - o volume dobra. O processo é muito rápido e simples, em um minuto já há um ótimo resultado e não é preciso força alguma. Honestamente, é um dos melhores utensílios de cozinha que já comprei.
