If one Left bud get connected other one Right will not work but it get connected to other phone. Also if left bud is connected to other devices and after disconnecting if wanted to connect to previous one it will show as saved but will not pairs. Due to some other issues I miss the date to return. Till date I am able to use only left bud and it has good sound quality.

WELL, ITS THE FISRT TIME IM BEING DISAPPOINTED WITH AMAZON. I HAD ORDERED WHITE BUT RECEIVED BLACK, PROBABLY ITS MORE OVER THE RETAILER'S FAULT. ANYWAY, ILL KEEP THESE RETAILERS IN MIND IN FUTURE. HENCE GIVEN 3 STARS, OR ELSE WOULD HAVE BEEN 4 STARS! AS OF WITH THE PRODUCT, I HAD RECIEVED IT ON THE 6TH, AND IV USED IT PRETTY MUCH FOR 5 DAYS, AND HERE IS MY EXPERIENCE. BY THE WAY IM NOT A TECH SPEC GUY, BUT ILL GIVE A ROUGH IDIOLOGY OF THE USAGE OF IT. SOUND QAULITY= AS FAR AS I HAVE USED IT, I DIDNT FIND ANY CONS. BASS IS JUST PERFECT FOR NORNAL LISTENING, CHECKED EVEN WITH BASS BOOSTED TRACKS, IV FELT THE BASS PUNCH TO BE JUST FINE. TREBLE LEVELS ARE JUST ADEQUATE ENOUGH. NORMAL LISTENER WOULD NOT EVEN FEEL THE DIFFERENCE. CALL= I CANNOT SAY HOW FAR THE ENC DOES IT JOB IN EXTREME NOISY SITUATION, BUT THE CALL EXPERIENCE IS GREAT IF UR IN THE ROOM, CAR, OUT IN THE OPEN OR EVEN SLIGHT NOISEY AREA. YOU WILL BE HEARD VERY WELL. AGAIN GUYS, ITS JUST ENC, NOT ANC WHICH YOU WILL SEE IN HIGHER RANGE TWS. GOOD CONNECTIVITY, DOESNT TAKE LONG TO GET CONNECTED. FITS GOOD IN THE EARS AND DOESNT FALL OFF, JUST MAKE SURE TO SELECT THE RIGHT SET OF SILICON PADS PROVIDED. BATTERY= IV USED THE BUDS FOR 11 HOURS A DAY AND THE CASE CHARGE LASTED FOR 3 DAYS. SO YES, THE BATTERY IS AS GOOD AS WHAT THEY CLAIM TO BE. BUILD QUALITY AND FINISH IS ALSO GOOD FOR THE PRICE RANGE. 4th November* changed rating to 4star only for the product. (Not the retailer)
