I leaned prior to receiving this one that (1) my head should be FULLY supported to protect my neck, and (2) the inversion board should be fully controlled by my raising and lowering my arms. Neither occurs with this board. When it is set at my height, my head hangs off and repositioning my arms do not at all bring me back up. Moreover, to come up, I have to pull myself up by pulling on the handles (not safe at all for my neck/spine). When I adjust the height for a much taller person, my head is 1/2 on the board, but of course, I have to physically pull myself down by holding onto the wall behind me and forcing the board to bring me down. Am returning this immediately.
