It’s not good. It smells and taste like cough syrup. Taste is bitter a bit and gave me headaches and nausea all day.

It is good for girls and ladies....I used it from 2000
For blood purification and weight loss, proper mensuration, glowing skin....for better result use at least 3months continue. Take one spoon Twise a day or with 2 spoon with luke warm water.
