The product itself worked wonderfully and cleared up the symptoms I was experiencing. I give 4 stars because it's good but nobody told about the warming sensation. Thought it was gonna start cooking me however it didn't get hot. Great way to take care of your hoohaa without using boric acid

When the tip of the applicator is twisted off, a rough surface is left on the applicator. I have used one tube but don't want to use any more because the applicator scratches my vagina. Do I return the Gynofit Lactic Acid Vaginal Gel or what? Please advise.
