Buy Dremel brand not the off-brands for durability
These little drums work well and last way longer that the off-brands. Not really expensive, sand well and great to have spares around.

There is worse
These are reasonable sanding drums and last longer than generic versions. However, they could easily last longer. They fit properly and do what they are supposed to. I still haven't quite determined whether buying 5x more at half the price is worth the time and effort of changing them more frequently and sometimes dealing with poor fit. I could go either way, I guess.
