Seem to help with lungs as it claims to do

This was an incredible discovery for me- after taking for a week i noticed wheezing stopped and much easier to breathe in dry hot climate- occasional pain has not returned and will likely take this for many years going forward-

I'm taking these pills for over a week and about 20 minutes after I take the pill I get really bad stomach cramps. I came back on here to get a refund and they won't refund for this product. Says a lot about the company if they won't stand behind their own products.

Update: I kept taking these pills and have noticed more of a difference in my breathing, so I think maybe they do help. I guess you just have to take them a little longer than I did before my first review. I decided to up the stars to 4. Original review: I have asthma and thought this might help me somehow. It may be helping some, but nothing major so far. They are normal sized capsules with no after taste. Maybe it will work more after taking it longer. I am not sure about the price though. Seems to me to be a little high. If it helped more, it might be worth it, but as of right now I am not sure if I would spend that much being unsure if taking longer would help or not.

Very effective for cough and asthma.

I've heard tale of how wonderful NAC is for those with lung issues (hey! that's me!) so when I saw this product I wanted to try it. The dose used in studies was 600 mg, and two pills from this bottle contain 200 mg. As I've not taken that supplement at all, I thought it was a way to ease into it, along with the other nutrients contained within. The capsules are on the small side, with no strong odor. They're easy to take and don't return as burps as some of the vitamin capsules that I've taken have the tendancy to do. The contents of two capsules are Vitamins A, C, D, NAC, Cordyceps, Quercetin, Ginger Root, Mullein Leaf, Marshmallow, Stinging Nettle, Bromelain, and CoQ10. This makes it hard to identify exactly which component is making a difference, but it feels like overall it's - at minimum - not making my symptoms worse, and possibly helping them. As with any medication, I wouldn't expect an immediate improvement. I've taken them for three days and feel slightly better, but am also aware of the potential placebo effect.

I highly recommend any smoker trying this product! I ordered this product directly from the Manufacturer's website and it worked great for me during the 6 months I took it! I couldn't walk up and down stairs before I started taking this product but after a couple of months I didn't have any trouble climbing stairs!

I chose this because of the ingredients. I have a mast cell disorder and some of the stabilizers I use daily are quercetin, bromelain, and C and this blend contains all 3 of those. There are other blends I use that contain most of these included ingredients, but also pycnogenol. This one does not include that "herb". Although by taking this supplement my symptoms did not appear better or worse, in the future I will probably stick with the blend with the pycnogenol included. This would be excellent for allergies of many varieties.
