I recently started using a weighted vest for my workouts, and I’m really impressed! Most laid up in my house for about seven weeks after surgery. Wanted to do some form of exercise and feel like I wasn’t losing all my muscle mass so I wore this around the house. It worked Perfectly I didn’t care for the smell right when I opened it, but that dissipated it’s a bit awkward to store in places, but overall great item

I’m veryhappy with this weighted vest. I ordered another one before this which was 12 pounds but it was so uncomfortable and I couldn’t tighten it enough with the 1 strap. It hurt my traps a lot. I got this vest in 8 lbs and it’s perfect for me. I’m able to run in it with no problems and I like that it has 2 straps to fasten it. For reference I’m 5’8” and 134lbs. I highly recommend this vest especially for the price.
