Outstanding Quality and Value
This is an outstanding compact Digital SLR. Takes great photos right out of the box, for those that want to take great pictures just pop on the 18-55mm lens, set to Auto mode and forget it. The lenses included will cover just about anything you could want to photograph, the kit lenses are great. The 18-55mm should cover just about anything you would want to shoot while the 70-300mm covers the rest, with the high ISO capability of the camera you can get great handheld images with both lenses. The touch screen makes navigating the menus incredibly easy, I am used to Canon menus but after a thorough reading of the manual can get through these easily and quickly. The difference in price for the touch screen and the snapbridge connectivity was definetely worth the extra cost over the D3400 and D5500, although the picture quality should be exactly the same. The quality of the photographs is better than my Sony A6000 and the lenses in the kit give you much more capability at a significantly lower cost than any mirrorless camera. Snapbridge works great once you figure it out, most of the negative comments seem to come from users that never read the manual. Good battery life. The great thing about this camera is you can set it and forget it (full auto) or take control over just about every aspect of the camera easily and quickly. Update: Nikon released an update improving connectivity to SnapBridge, works seamlessly now.

An excellent purchase for a first time photographer!
This bundle is a fantastic entry into the world of digital photography. Getting a camera along with a standard lens and a telephoto lens gives you a solid foundation to start with. The Nikon D5600 is easy to use and there are a ton of setup and basic use videos on YouTube to help you get started. The 18-55mm kit lens works great. I have some pretty shaky hands but the vibration reduction of the lens has given me great images. The 70-300mm lens does not have any vibration reduction so really can only be used with a tripod (especially when zoomed all the way in to 300mm). If you plan on doing any long range photography a tripod is a must. The image quality when using a tripod is fantastic. I bought the following accessories along with this bundle to get started: a camera bag, tripod, spare battery, travel battery charger, 128GB SD card (required as the camera has no internal storage) and a memory card reader. There are, of course, many more things I want to get but these are a good start and will let you start using this camera in a myriad of ways.

High quality camera, very inexpensive
Quite impressive DSLR camera for it’s price, very happy with my choice of having it. Pros: - The camera itself is pretty small(could also be a con for people who like their DSLR bigger) - inexpensive for its quality - high quality photos - has a touch screen with bluetooth connection to your phone(through an app) - easy to use cons: - the plastic of the camera feel cheap - Nikon app doesn’t work flawlessly

Nikon Rocks! Very pleased!
My first DSLR at this price point. So far I’m very happy! I went back-and-forth, between Nikon, and Canon. But after reading many DSLR reviews, I settled on the D5600, and I’m very glad that I did. It will take some time to learn all the features on this camera, and some more time to get to use all of them effectively. However, that’s why I bought this camera. I wanted a good quality DSLR to take my first step into more than “beginner” photography. All the pictures I have taken so far have been very Impressive. This camera is a breeze to use. I definitely believe “I chose wisely”!

Great Camera!
Great camera! This is my first DSLR camera and Nikon made this so easy to learn and use. Both lenses have fast and accurate autofocus, and the camera takes awesome photos even just in auto mode. The touch screen makes it easier to use as well.

Snapbridge is garbage
Great camera. Loved the image quality, worked well in low light. Unfortunately this model doesn't have the IR sensor and won't work with remote shutters. Gotta use their Snapbridge app for that, which is probably fantastic if it ever works. Too bad it never worked for me. Returned it just for that, I'd rather have an older model that doesn't tie me to a buggy app.

Wonderful pictures
Perfect package for me. The photos turned out amazing and so easy to use as a re starter I have had a few cameras over the years but they were all FILM. I used the cell phone camera took great pics but wanted something more for an Alaskan cruise. ANd it was a quality product easy to use. I actually set the entire camera up with u-tube so many helpful websites.

Breath taking and beautiful
I've upgraded from a nikon D3200 and this a massive upgrade. I bought the deluxe package along with the 70-300mm. The camera is absolutely beautiful and breath taking. For starters once outta the box your greeted with a stunning outline of the camera and the lens. Nikon also included a a warranty with there products let's be honest though are you really disagree with nikon products. I'll update this review if anything happens and along with more pictures.
