Best part of a year ago, and in despair at the youngest member of the family losing FIVE front door keys in a single month (and countless others prior to that), I researched the market and chose this. The two main reasons 1) Easy replacement, 2) Weather resistant (most of the others are not and so only good for internal doors) I'm no locksmith but replacing the existing lock with this was a cinch. Just be sure to check, double check and choose the correct size. After that it's just a case of removing one retaining screw, sliding out the existing lock, sliding in the Waferlock replacement, and replacing the screw. After that it can take 30 mins or so to set up (I chose the app/pass code option) but there's also a tag option (2 tags supplied). However, you have to choose one option or the other - you can't use both. Since fitting its worked great. Just programme access for family or restricted access (e.g., specific times) for cleaner, dog walker etc. It works great from the app and no keys to lose. If you lose your phone, or run out of battery, then dial in the code (although this can be a bit fiddly). Overall, not a cheap purchase, but then neither were replacement keys at £15 each!

This lock is perfect for our new composite door. Had the feeling we would get accidentally locked out as no latch or handle and when door is closed it locks behind you. This lock prevents need for key boxes or calling a lock Smith if accidentally locked out. Set up with phone, combination and RFID tag key ring. In fact my contact less credit card also works with it once you add it using the App. Very Easy to install and highly recommend this product for a smart lock.

Good quality, but entering pin is time consuming , I would prefer to use fob or card but this cannot be used if you use the app, using the app lets you keep log of who is using door ,but not real time , So if you want to use pin code and fob that's ok (but no app) If you want to use app you can only use pin (time consuming) or open app on phone then unlock that way 👀 My last smart door lock was much easier to use and £100 cheaper . If I had a choice to return this for refund I will .

Received and had the love door lock out and this one pushed in within 25 min. Had watched instructions and installation video night before. Was apprehensive at my measuring skills but appear to have got it right which I’m happy about. Added myself and my wife through app / pin and RFID keys right away. No issues with us both using them to come in. My only reason for dropping a star at present is the firmware update. I only have the one battery supplied and attempted to do an update but stopped as it took the battery from 100% down to 50%. Not sure if this is normal for the firmware update but I’ve cancelled it and ordered a couple more batteries incase it dies mid update. I’ve emailed support as well to see if I can get further information. If all comes back and I get firmware sorted I’d probably change to 5 star. ****** Edit - emailed company and within 2 emails which resolved the firmware issues / my battery is showing 100% again and the door lock is working fine. Fantastic team for resolving issue who are based in Taiwan. Was genuinely surprised they were able to resolve the issue so quickly without me replacing lock. 5 star all the way.

Installed to replace a standard key euro cylinder on an exterior door (cylinder is IP68 rated). It was very easy to install and to add access for existing RFID tags and cards (using the supplied programming card). All set up in 10minutes. I needed to add RFID cards and tags from other companies' (MIFARE) locking systems and this worked seamlessly I only require it for RFID access, so I have not tested operation by combination or mobile phone. Overall I am very pleased with this product and liked the fact that it did not require proprietary RFID cards.

New house has doors that lock on close so I knew sooner or later the wife would be calling me to say she had locked herself out. Invested in this, a little pricey but the quality is great and fits the thick 10cm door i have. Fitting took about 15 minutes and another 5 minutes playing with the app to get it going. Ive read you can use debit cards to unlock but i havnt managed to do this yet so may not be a feature but even without there are 3 different ways to unlock. Either app, pin or key fob. Very pleased.

Trotz guter Verarbeitung der C760 offenbarte sich bereits beim Einbau das erste Problem, nämlich meine Bluetooth, Zigbee, WLAN Gateways ließen sich in der App nicht hinzufügen, so daß nur eine Bedienung / Konfiguration vor Ort erfolgen kann. Eine Anfrage beim Support brachte zu Tage, daß die C760 nur über ein R400 Gateway von Waferlock ans WLAN angebunden werden können, das allerdings befindet sich noch im Development, und wird wohl frühestens im 4. Quartal verfügbar sein. Noch schlechter allerdings ist die Tatsache, daß die Zylinder auch nicht im ausgebauten Zustand auf Werkseinstellung zurück gesetzt werden können. Das nenne ich undurchdachtes Produktdesign. Ich jedenfalls hätte einen Reset Button an einer im eingebauten Zustand unerreichbaren Stelle implementiert, falls ich so einen Zylinder konstruiert hätte. Das hätte auch der Sicherheit keinen Abbruch getan, da ein Reset im eingebauten Zustand ja nicht möglich wäre. Man hat auf jeden Fall die Arschkarte in Platin gezogen, falls man einen Zylinder erwischt, den ein anderer Kunde schon mittels Programmierkarte und App mit seinem Account bei Waferlock "verheiratet", und ihn dann, ohne ihn mittels "unpair" zu resetten, an Amazon zurückgeschickt hat. Der lässt sich nämlich laut Support nicht zurück setzen, und somit auch nicht programmieren, man kann ihn nur zu Amazon zurück schicken, und einen anderen bestellen... Also viel Spesen und Theater, nur weil ein unfähiger Produktentwickler nicht alle Eventualitäten durchdacht hat.

Très bon produit. Mis en service le 17/08/2023. Facile à mettre en place même pour ceux qui ont deux mains gauches et dix pouces. Simple et économique, remplace toute serrure européenne. Toutefois il reste un effort au constructeur pour avoir la note parfaite : Il faut très vite une passerelle Bluetooth vers WIFI à mettre sur la Box de la maison. Cela permettrait une commande d'ouverture/Fermeture à distance via l'application WAFERKEY qui est assez bien faite (testée sur iPhone). Tout le personnel de l'entreprise utilise ce smart cylindre très facilement. Très bon achat !!

Wir verwenden das Schloss an unserer Gartentür im Außenbereich. Wichtig war uns ein Schloss, dass mit Code funktioniert so das wir keinen Schlüssel oder Handy brauchen wenn wir vom Joggen kommen. Das Schloss ist das einzige am Markt mit IP68. Es ist für den Außenbereich gedacht und wasserfest. Absolut hochwertig verarbeitet. Ich hoffe die Batterie hält wie vom Hersteller versprochen 2 Jahre. Schloss kann mit Code (4-6 stellig), mit Schlüsselkarte oder mit Handy mittels Bluetooth geöffnet werden.
