That Little Voice In Your Head: Adjust the Code that Runs Your Brain Paperback – 26 May 2022

The Little Voice in Your Head deeply impressed me in such a positive way. It gives you tools to better understand yourself and the world around you. As I read it, I kept thinking: How can I pass on this wisdom to my 10-year-old son in a way he can grasp? That’s how meaningful it felt, something worth sharing across generations.I’ll definitely recommend it to my friend, it’s the kind of book that opens doors within you and sparks important conversations, both with others and with yourself.

This is the second Mo Gawdat book I have read and I enjoyed this just as much as the first, even though the topic is the same. His style of writing is totally accessible and something so complex seems both simple and achievable. Can't waitread the next one!

Just wow. The absolute complete no non nonsense psychology/ spiritual gem. Got myself through some self help books in my years but this one, once taken in, is the best simplistic consistent result approach. Systematically cutting off what is of no worth at the start of the book, how to deal with consistent thoughts and emotions in the middle and the way Mo has devised it all to come together simplistically at the end, there's nothing better out here. I have read some great self help work as I've said, but this puts all the best work together in a way that is actually better than the mindfulness and psychology professors books I've read.

This is s great, potentially life changing, book.But…There is an important diagram which the author asks you to bookmark for repeated reference- but it comes out small & blurry in a kindle & can’t be read. I tried photographing it & enlarging it- still can’t read the words.It makes the book much less usable.A real book would solve that problem but my old eyes like the good light & font of a kindle!

This book is very informative in simple language I have re-read it twice over it helped me!

Grab a pencil ✏️ and sit down and change your mind . It’s about a month since I read this and I’m still using tips and techniques. It thought this book was excellent

This book is very well written with lots of takeaways. Mo, breaks down complex topics down in such a away that makes it easy to follow.Thank-you Mo and Ali, for the wisdom you have shared within this book.
