Good product for the money, doesn't restrict the exhaust.
Used after long tube header install on my Cadillac. Passed the emissions test, decreased the sound levels slightly and did not impact performance of my car.I was sent one, contacted customer service and was sent the second one.Good product, took a good deal of abuse. I would buy again. Ran them for 2 years on a 400 HP car before I smashed them into a speed bump and dented the cats enough to crack the cores.Great product, when I finish my exhaust repairs, I will install another set.I used the forward bungs to place my wideband sensor so it was pre cat.

They actually work on an OBDII vehicle
At first I was skeptical. I had to cut out my old cats and weld these in. When first installed I was still getting codes and running rich with no “rotten eggs” smell. Drove a few days and holy smokes, they work perfectly. It’s been almost a week of tons of driving and everything is great! I have a 2009 Mercedes G550 that these went on. This vehicle is super sensitive and the computer cannot be tricked with spark plug foulers. Normally cats for this vehicle are $4k. I only spent $80 something for these. Great deal and great product.

seems to do the job and the quality appears high for a good price
I installed this on a 2001 GMC Sierra 1500 to fix a cat error code. I sawed off the old cat, and half if it was blown; the other half was still there, so it might have been working somewhat. I used clamps to install it as welding it on would have been a much bigger job, and my budget was limited. I was impressed with the quality - good stainless, exact diameter, so it went on reasonably easy despite slight bends in the piping. But the code went away, so it did the job! I had other things to fix, but it has now passed emissions. I can't say how long it will last, but I would definitely by this again if the other cat fails!

Not bad
They're okay but they killed the power so I took them off. Can't fault the units. It's more to do with my own setup. The factory cats are massive so much less back pressure. These may be perfectly fine on many applications. I was using to reduce sound pressure levels. They did do that but it reduced the good sounds as well as the rasp. All in all a failed experiment but this doesn't reflect on the quality. That seemed pretty good. Looked well built and solid.

It works
Its been over a year since having this installed on my truck. I had no fail codes for the cat. It was smaller than I wanted it to be, but it does seem to do the job so far.

SCRAP METAL DONT BUY
theres no way that these off brands have the same amount or any of precious metals like platinum that is supposed to be impregnated on the surface of the honeycomb substrate. my OEM cats are worth 1200$ from dealership and when i went to scrap them after my new Magnaflow install i was able to get 300$... so something dosnt add up with these....i compared these off brand ones to my magnaflow equivalent and yes my magnaflows were double the price but they were not 1200$ OEM so i saved 1000$ by going with a name brand that has been doing this for more than 30 years.the off brand pales in comparison when it comes to the construction and craftsmanship of magnaflow. the off brand feels cheap in the hands. the honeycomb was loose and rattled around in the can and looked brittle. if you want something that is going to fail and youll have to repay a mechanic to install a better brand then buy these.

Holy Heck!!
Based upon reviews that I read, I purchased 2 sets of performance grade 400 cell high-flow cats for my 4th gen Ram 1500 - 1 set of magnaflows, and these ones. Prior to purchase, I saw some negative reviews surrounding these cats; warning buyers that certain metals aren't used, that magnaflows are better, that the walls on these are too thin, and blah blah blah. From my experience with these, they're great.Upon arrival, I noticed right away that the AutoSaver ones weighed about 3lbs heavier than the magnaflow ones did. I actually thought that magnaflow may have accidentally sent me 1 when they were supposed to send me 2, but after opening the box, both were there. Knocking on the walls of the cats, these had a stiff metal "knock knock" sound, vs the "ping ping" noise that I heard with the magnaflow ones. I also noticed that AutoSaver integrated the O2 sensor ports into these which was a convenience (the MagnaFlow ones did not have any O2 ports). I brought my truck to a local exhaust shop, and they welded right in with no issues, and my truck never threw a code. These cats are a great buy for the money, and added a very obvious increase in sound to my truck! I didn't know high-flow cats would add such a menacing clap, but these ones surely do, especially if you're already rocking a cat-back setup. I returned the magnaflow's and got my money back. I'm very happy with the outcome of these AutoSaver high-flows, and I would buy again.

Can't believe so effective and cheap.
THIS IS A SLIP ON CAT! Which is awesome, this is not a 2.5" cat, it's a ~2.60" cat so you can slip on over your existing 2.5" pipe. AND!!! No welding required, cut a 7" section out, slide the cat all the way down till you bottom out on the inside, align the opposite pipe up and slide the cat back to bridge the gap and clamp down. The cat is 11", you cut a 7" section out...to slide down....and slide back to center out. Passed emissions with flying colors, it looks like it could be $150+...nice looking piece not sure how they can even make a cat so cheap considering the value of the elements inside.
