Melting Chocolate Wafers Milk Chocolates for Candy Dipping and Baking,10oz

I tried a new recipe for the holidays. Oreo cream cheese balls. They turned out delicious! The chocolate melted perfect. I did white chocolate and milk chocolate. I used both a double pot to melt the chocolate and then I use the microwave to melt the white chocolate. Either way it turned out delicious! They weren’t perfect, but it worked out! First time I had melted chocolate in years so it was a little messy! But delicious!!! My daughter-in-law told me she used the cheaper chocolate and it did not work out so she had to run to the store and get Ghirardelli‘s.

Excellent Quality and Rich Chocolate Taste. Very Affordable price. Consistency very good when melted down to spread in candy molds. Color and appearance good as expected. Amount per package generous size. Just really good yummy flavor. My nephew had fun making the chocolate bars. I highly recommend this Ghirardelli chocolate brand!!

It melted well but doesn’t harden as well as other melts. Wasn’t crazy about the flavor.

Used this chocolate on my Christmas candy and everyone loved. I will purchase again.

These were easy to melt and made excellent chocolate covered strawberries. They set in less than a minute and were so easy to work with.
