I take 45-50 of these a day, so good flavor and quick dissolution are important! I've tried liquid capsules, caplets, regular tablets, and the fast dissolve gets in your system the fastest and tastes the best!! I take these because I've had gastric bypass and thyroid disease. Without it my hair would be falling out in handfuls!! Instead my hairs is the longest and thickest it's been since before I had kids!!
