The actual hole is 3-1/2" in diameter, where the flat are around the hole is 9-1/2" in diameter

Approximately 4 inches in diameter on mine.

Q: Does this one come in a two piece?

Thanks for reaching out! The Thermoformed PVC medallions are not available in two-pieces. However, we do have many ceiling medallions that are. Feel free to check out our Amazon shop or our website, directly.
