They only pair seperatly so you can only use one bud at a time. Its not fixable.

the earbuds do not pair at the same time. Only about 2+1/2 hours of playtime.With the volume maxed out on any device, the headphones cannot compete with average background noise. Useless for almost any application.

If you want noise cancellation, these aren't for you
Overall great sound quality. These are perfect for wearing around the house or in the office, with minimal background noise. However, there's absolutely no noise canceling and the shape doesn't allow for any noise blocking either. As soon as there's background noise I can't hear any lyrics or speaking, even at top volume.
