I’m really impressed with this turmeric supplement. The fact that it’s USDA Certified Organic gives me confidence that I’m getting a clean, high-quality product, unlike many others I’ve tried before. The dosage is strong—1400mg per serving—and I love that it also includes organic black pepper to boost absorption. The tablets are easy to swallow, and after just a short time of taking them daily, my joints feel more comfortable and less stiff. Knowing it’s made in a GMP-certified facility also reassures me about safety and quality. Definitely a product I’ll keep in my routine for long-term joint and overall wellness!

I do feel like this supplement helped minimize my bloating and I saw a big difference. However I did get really bad heart burn I believe from the piperine and I noticed a weird feeling like a bloating feeling underneath my ribs. Not sure if this is another symptom of heart burn. I did do a little research on this and it did caution, (Curcumin stimulates bile flow — not ideal for people with gallstones or bile duct obstruction) so not sure if it could have been that. I stopped taking this supplement it’s been 5 days and those symptoms have subsided a little bit. I was thinking maybe trying to take it every other day to see if maybe that helps.

I have no complaints about this brand or it's quality. Works very well for me taken twice a day.

I have purchased a lot of turmeric products and have seen the benefits in my overall health (and especially improvements in my joint pain) - this formulation is STRONG! I will usually take 2-4 capsules with a meal - this one I can only take one or two before I get really nauseous - definitely a strong dose in each tablet! I would buy them again knowing to be moderate with my intake for these in particular - they are definitely a good value, especially since they are organic:)
