Walkerswood Hot & spicy Jamaican Las' Lick Jerk Sauce

Absolutely fell in love with it. This sauce blows Buffalo Wild Wings “Caribbean Jerk” sauce out of the water. Bold flavor , not too sweet or spicy. Just perfect in my opinion. It’s a product of Jamaica and it’s shipped from there! Thanks again

Been using Walkerswood jerk paste for years. Much easier than making from scratch, but taste terrific, unlike a lot of prepared items, where fresh is generally better. So I took a shot on this sauce. Wow.....is it tasty. Not super hot, but interesting complex flavors. Much more versatile than for Jamaican food only. Nice sauce on Korean style fried chicken as a pleasant twist. Will buy again when I finish bottle.

Gonna help you all out, if you're wondering what this sauce is for... if you've been to Jamaica, and loved you some Jerk cooking, this tastes a lot like the sauce that was ladled over your chicken, ribs, or burgers just before serving (Sandals resorts "Jam Down" sauce, for example?)... It's definitely got a kick (but a good kick), and has a bit of sweet citrus to help balance it out. If it's too spicy for everyone's taste... just mellow it with a bit of USA supermarket "jerk marinade" by combining a bit at a time until you tone it down. It's especially great on burgers that were grilled with the Walkerswood "Hot & Spicy" marinade. Tip: I always warm this sauce up in the microwave before adding to our home-cooked jerk chicken or burgers; this kind of sauce was never served refrigerator-chilled in my experience.

Was hoping to find a replacement jerk sauce for a bottle I bought in Grand Cayman. Searched high and low to no avail and I thought I'd give this one a try. Not as hot as I was hoping but this sauce gets the job done. It's rather sweet on the front end with the heat coming on the back. I've tried many jerk sauces in my search and this one tastes the most authentic.

I bought this on a whim and wow do I consider myself lucky. It was a shot in the dark, but this turned out to be one of the best hot sauces I have ever tasted. Not only has some good spicy heat, but excellent flavor as well. It's an unexpected mix of heat with a hint of sweet, and a very robust mix of spices. One thing I really love about it is that it flavors whatever you put it on, but does not overwhelm it. The heat is hot for sure, but doesn't linger for very long. The flavor is very original. I went back to Amazon and bought a whole case of it.

Compare to the othe products, that I purchased from this company it was a let down for me. The taste was not there, not enough spice it just didn’t POP. It’s alright the other products are on point. You’re still #1
