First I have to say I love the bag. It holds everything that I need it to and even without a purse organizer which I purchased separately, it is easy to find what I need. It is sturdy and holds its frame by itself. The only criticisms that I would offer are as follows: I am not sure how sturdy the shoulder strap holders are. If used over time as a cross body bag I am concerned that the stitching that secures the golden rings that hold the shoulder strap would not hold up well so I am limiting the use of the shoulder strap. Also, I think someone else mentioned that the opening is not that big - the zipper goes across the top but not down the sides which limits how wide you can open it. I thought this would be a concern for me but it is not that big of a deal. Lastly, the buckle across the top is a nice accent and it belongs on the bag but it is not terribly convenient in terms of accessing the content of the bag when you are commuting. I work in NYC and live on Long Island and sometimes while traveling between subways and trains I need to grab stuff out of my bag and the buckle is a bit of a hinderance. Even though I have cited some criticism I am still very happy with this bag. I was originally going to get the Navy Blue but when I saw the black floral I fell in love. I would recommend this bag.

Just received this purse in Floral Black. This purchase was possibly impulsive, but I was looking for something in black and different. My first reaction is how well constructed and classy the purse appears. The small clutch is a bonus that I can use for traveling or the quick trip for groceries. The purse may be a little large, but I’m tired of cramming everything into my older purse which isn’t quite roomy. I may add to this review after using it regularly.
