Product is good, so far I am happy with the results as I am taking it for supporting supplements.

I have been taking 2 permanent as recommended, but no results, infact I feel my tummy bloated and hence stopped taking.

Then I noticed I started feeling the same old way as before taking it. Tired after lunch & needing an afternoon nap. I did have major back surgery 8 months ago.
