They are nice. They fit perfectly and they’re a good price.

Filter frames appear thinner than previous filters. Filter media appears ok. A good buy for a box full that will last several seasons.

They work well for both our HVAC and furnaces. I feel that they are a good value for the quality and will continue using them. Arrows are easy to see for airflow direction which is helpful because I have to replace one of them in the attic with poor lighting.

These Aerostar 16x25x1 MERV 13 air filters fit my HVAC system as expected and deliver noticeably cleaner air compared with the lower-MERV filters I was using previously. Since switching to MERV 13, I’ve felt more confident that finer particulates—including dust, pollen, and some pet dander—are being caught before they circulate through the house. The pack of six offers good value over buying single filters, and the cardboard framing feels adequately sturdy during handling. Airflow hasn’t seemed excessively restricted in normal operation, and the system hums along without unusual strain. For households where air quality matters more—especially with pets or seasonal allergens—stepping up to MERV 13 feels like a worthwhile upgrade. The reason this isn’t a 5-star rating is that these aren’t dramatically thicker or more robust than other similar MERV 13 filters I’ve tried. They perform well, but they don’t stand out in durability or dust-holding capacity compared with competitors at a similar price point. Still, they do what they’re supposed to do and have worked reliably through the expected service interval.

Merv 13 is the highest rating for a residential filter but I was worried about flow restriction. No Issues at All with these. I can't believe how much crap this filter catches. Bought a magnetic filter slot cover to make it even more efficient. Have to change it a bit more often but for the price of these it's well worth every penny. A+++ product. I've used Merv 11 also but Merv 13 is our go to the past couple years and will stay with that. Allergies a big issue for our family and these help a lot. People mention flimsy BUT if you're careful and take your time they are easy to remove & replace. Make sure the unit is NOT suctioning air when you try and change a filter !!!!

i like these because they are pretty sturdy when installing. my filter box isn't the easiest to fit filters into, i sometimes gotta wiggle them around, and this one doesnt break and become even more difficult to install.
