Rated middle of the road for maneuverability as we opted not to put the wheels on it. We put the pads on it instead, as it came with both feet and wheels. We wanted it to stay in one place. It was a bear to put together, the instructions were horrible, mostly went by the pictures. That said, the holes did not line up, even when you followed the limited instructions, and did not tighten screws/etc, until pieces were assembled, but in some cases, the factory drilled holes were jut way off.. You had to apply quite a bit of pressure to make things line up, to the point of bending pieces. Once together, even after the pain of assembly, if you get it halfway right, it can be remarkably solid. If you get it cheap enough, it can be a good little table, or cart, for the cost. I would not recommend spending much on it. I wouldn't buy another one. Not worth the hassle of assembly.
