This is a quality built phone holder. Versatile and a solid construction. One of the best I've seen on the market and reasonably priced. Overall very good value for the money. Highly recommend. 😊

This is the second Vanmass mobile holder I have purchased from Amazon to provide permanent fixtures in two cars. It is the latest 2022 upgraded version, it comes in a well packed box and I paid £22.49. The holder comprises three parts: a suction cap and adjustable arm, an adjustable phone holder and an air vent clip. I found the suction cup to be very effective on a windscreen (after cleaning) but less so on a leather facia. Once attached to a windscreen it is quite difficult (but not impossible) to remove. The telescopic arm extends to about 10 cm allowing flexible, accurate and stable positioning. The mobile holder is attached to the arm via a ball joint allowing wide angle adjustment and has a convenient, easy-to-use mechanism for adjusting width and height. I use a heavy mobile phone with dimensions 170mm x 80mm and the holder carried this very securely. The air vent clip has been redesigned for this model and it attaches securely and quickly to the car’s air vent mechanism. It also attaches to the holder via a ball joint and together they provide a strong and stable platform. However, in my car the plastic air vents are fairly flexible which allowed the clip and holder to move slightly so I preferred to use the windscreen attachment. I have used the holder on a variety of roads and driving conditions and am very pleased with its quality and performance. Once attached I have not experienced any problems and have no hesitation in recommending it.

This feels like a very sturdy piece of kit. It fixes well to the windscreen and is sufficiently adjustable to get a perfect position. I use my phone with a wallet case and despite it being a little thicker than a normal case I mounts securely.

Works really well, installed for a couple of weeks now and has reliably held a large phone over a variety of road surfaces, including rutted and potholed tracks. Easy to place and remove the phone one handed too, and a wide range of positioning possible with the extendable arm. However, you may not be able to use a pre-installed base plate if you already have a previous one. When I received the holder I initially had major problems with the suction, as it kept falling off overnight. But after some fantastic support from the supplier (including sending me replacement suction bases to try) I figured out that the old base plate I was using, although having worked well for several years, for some reason was not compatible with this model of phone holder. I tried all sorts of things unsuccessfully for several days, until finally I tried gluing the supplied stick-on base over the top of my old one, and suddenly the suction worked perfectly. I still don't understand why, as my old base plate was simply a flat, smooth plastic base, seemingly like any other, but for whatever reason this phone holder doesn't work at all with my old plate but now works extremely well with the supplied one. Go figure.

was sceptical about buying this , but have to say very pleased with the phone mount, fitted to my van window screen so far still on , great bit off kit for my iphone 16 plus would definitely recommend especially for the price

I did a lot of research online on the Vanmass shop. So much to choose from. I was influenced by the excellent videos made by some customers. I could see that the products were of very high quality. On receipt I was not disappointed. The components felt reassuringly sturdy and good in the hands. Installation was straightforward. The car vent attachment is in situ and I have tried it out. It was very stable when driving. I have also fitted the window attachment . The extendible arm was so useful because it is a long way to my windscreen. There was no problem accommodating the deep angle of the windscreen due to the manoeuvrability in all directions of the arm and holder. The suction is holding firmly. The phone is cradled firmly between the ratchet arms. I would highly recommend this phone holder.

I got the previous model for my wife for her car and was impressed by the build quality and ease of use (for my wife). So much so, I wanted to get one for my van. Luckily it happened to be on offer when I looked AND it was the updated version. Not sure what's been updated on it besides the colour schemes, but I'll stand corrected if there's more to it. I've only been using the holder for about a week now and first impressions are good. It's not as rattly or creaky as I was expecting, which is good, and it seems quite robust. It's good to have the two mounting options available although I feel the vent clip is quite limited by the type of vents the vehicle has. The phone can bounce a fair bit on this mount but, again, it's more on the vent design than the bracket itself. Packaging-wise it matches the premium feel of the product itself. It's well packaged and would make a suitable gift without looking naff like other items do in their original packaging. One negative for me is that the thumbprint button on my phone is on the side and is covered by the arm on the holder. Even if I adjusted the bottom bracket in any position the button is still slightly obstructed. I'd say that's more about my phone's design rather than the holder. I don't think I'll lose much sleep over it to be fair...there are much bigger tings in life to worry about. Customer service is pretty cool too. They couldn't be more helpful if they tried. Thanks

I have a big phone and I use a case so this product seemed to be the best for my needs as it says its "Large Phone & Thick Case Friendly" It will hold your phone securely and you have no worries about the phone falling out the holder due to the holder points on the holder are curved so unless your phone is outside them curves it no going any where . I use both the windows suction and the air vent holder depending on the vehicle I use or if it going to be a very hot day. both are very easy to install the air vent is great as on them hot days you can keep your phone & battery colder using your car fans instead of setting in direct sunlight through the window. Remember to clean your windows before install of the windows sucker and it will stay there with no issues. No the reason for the 3 stars there is a raised edge around the holder (see photo) I cant see any reason why it would be there but it there, now if your car is not moving this will not be a issue but then why would you need a phone holder but if you car moving both the window screen mount and the air vent move either through vibration or bumps ect, and this has marked the back of my case and this happened quickly it happened over 3 days and a 20 mile trip back and fore from work the silicone case I have is the worse its a thick case not a cheap £1 silicone case but it is silicone so I tried my more expensive leather case and although its not marked that as bad the marks are starting to show. I'm not going to try it without a case as I got this product because it said Large Phone & Thick Case Friendly i don't think it would scratch the glass but I'm not to try it on my phone just in case. maybe one on them carbon fibre looking case would be better for this product . I don't like them so for me this holder will not be used again. and for the company who make them the question is why is the ridge there if it has no purposes except for looks then lose it
