These were recommended by my podiatrist for foot pain due to bunions, and multiple back surgeries. Bunions are from wearing heels for years when I was young. I bought these back in June for my road shoes and just ordered another pair to put in my trail running shoes. I have probably put about 200 paved running miles on them in my ASICS gt2000s. They’re holding up well and I haven’t noticed very much wear yet. I was a little worried at first that, because they’re relatively thin, that they wouldn’t provide enough cushion (I usually like a medium amount of cushion). But for me atleast, as much as I’ve used them, they seem to be the perfect amount of cushion. I try to run about 4-7 miles 4-5 times a week and since I started using the insoles, they have greatly reduced the fatigue or knee soreness that I used to get with other insoles I’ve tried. I really haven’t had either of those issues since I started using them. The only reason I gave them 4 stars on support is because sometimes the heel cup can feel a bit weird on your foot. Honestly, I’m not sure if this is because of the type of socks that I’m wearing or because of the insole, but on occasion I just have to reposition my heel in the shoe because you just feel a little bit of the edge of the heel cup and it just feels the way it does if you have a wrinkle in your sock on the bottom of your foot. But then once I get my foot positioned correctly, they feel great. And other than that, no complaints. I ordered the 9.5-11 size and they fit perfect in my size 11s. I also have the original green Superfeet insoles in another pair of shoes. The green model is ok, but these are so much more comfortable.

I put these in my kangaroo leather soccer cleats (the Mizuno ones), and they actually worked fine in those. But they definitely won’t fit into a narrow cleat — they need a bit more room. They’re really best suited for wider cleats or running shoes, where they fit comfortably and the high arch support feels great.

When I first started wearing them, it felt odd. But honestly after a couple wears, I don't even notice. And now my shoes that don't have these inserts in them feel weird. They are comfortable and has helped with my knee pain on long hikes. They are easy to trim/shape to fit any shoe.

The superfeet insoles have worked for me better than any others I have tried ( and I have tried at least 8 different ones). Especially good is the arch contour and deep heel seat. I wear them in my hiking and work boots as well as my walking shoes. A great product!

I have a very high arch so I buy insoles one size larger for the bigger arch support, then cut them down to fit my shoes. That said, these insoles have almost completely healed my plantar fasciitis in the few weeks I’ve had them, and they’re super comfortable. Unfortunately they are not particularly durable and the fabric cover is not attached well to the foam underneath, making them quite uncomfortable when the cover peels off and rolls up under my feet. I recently found some insole covers that are essentially socks made to fit insoles, and so far that seems to be solving the problem. 🤞Really hoping the covers continue to work long term because these are expensive, but are honestly the most supportive insoles I’ve ever found (for my wide feet with very high arches).

Excellent alternative to buying custom insoles. I was expecting shin splints and ankle pain after running. It virtually disappeared after starting to use these insoles.

If your feet tend to turn in when you walk or run give these a try. They might hurt a little at first as your feet become used to them. Much cheaper than custom orthotics.

I get bad foot pain from walking in my winter boots but no pain after I put these in. Amazing comfort.

I used the insert for my working shoes at work. It superb, it amazing that my feet stay dry all day and don't feel tired.
