I make a Mexican chocolate coffee latte and use several different types of coffee to make them as a variety. This coffee has become one of my favorites. Very good by itself, but even better in one of my lattes! This coffee will remain in my rotation of the recipes.

Trung Nguyen Int’l (aka TNI) has several varieties of coffee that I have tried over the years for at home Vietnamese iced coffee (Cà Phê Đen Đá - I don’t use milk in mine) Several of their other styles come close to the restaurant/coffee shop taste of Vietnamese coffee but this one is it. Other than the restaurants that Cafe Du Monde (which is a bit harsher tasting) the majority of restaurants are either using this exact coffee or else something that tastes exactly like it. It’s the perfect, quintessentia, slightly chocolate Vietnamese iced coffee flavor. Just buy an inexpensive drip phin and you are good to go for all your caffeine addicted needs. This product is out of stock a lot though, that’s the biggest issue.
