It was cool it was a mini little vitamins I can swallow them they weren't too big and they were in chalky so they were okay you know for my first time taking vitamins since my bariatric surgery so that's pretty cool and it didn't upset my stomach

Highly recommend these! I was on another brand, but my Vitamin D levels were still really low. I recently had bloodwork done again after taking these and I went from 29 to 54! I'd say they are pretty effective and worth the money.

I never feel anything. But my doctor says I have to take them because I have a deficiency. He loves this brand and he’s smarter than me so I listen to him.

In preparation for my bariatric surgery my doctor informed me that my D3 was low. I wanted to buy something that I would be able to use after surgery and this seems to fit the bill. I haven't had any issues with it. I tried opening it up and dissolving it in my water but it didn't work. For now I can swallow the pills and after surgery I will add it to my soft foods. I can not tell if it is bringing my levels up as I just started it.
