See attached photos. We had one of these MCM chrome arc lamps growing up in the 70's, and originals in decent condition cost way too much. So found this affordable Teamson brand metal arc light that seemed to be well reviewed. This arc light arrived in a heavy but organized larger box with hard foam inserts to protect pieces. Most of the box weight is the white marbly solid stone material base piece (30-40lbs?), but all other parts are a heavyweight chromed metal as well. Brief illustrated instructions could be slightly better, but easy enough to follow. Had together in ten minutes. A couple very simple assembly tools are included. Had to install my own standard size 60w LED bulb which is a decent brightness, but it can go up to a brighter 75w or 100w LED bulb equivalent if you like it really bright for the area lit. Size and length of arc is just perfect over my sectional, for a person actually sitting or reading there, but not reaching over so far that someone could bump their head on it walking up to the couch from the other side. They do make longer reach arc lights as well, if that is required for your space. The plastic button foot switch is simple enough, but very lightweight. I wish it had a weightier material attached to bottom of it so it would stay in one place on my hard floor better. Not a big issue though and will flatten out more once the power cord relaxes, or can always tack it down on floor with any double sided tape. But it works great, is solid metal, and bright mirror chrome finish was flawless and really provides a cool retro look to any room. Will look great in your space, and many other colors available too. Recommended!

Love this lamp! It was very easy to put together by myself. Nice quality. Adds a unique touch to my living space! Heavy marble base that keeps it steady!! Love the little foot clicker, but I just use the light switch that aligns with the plug outlet it’s connected to turn it on and off.

The lamp looks pretty great aesthetically, but I do wish the stand was a little more sturdy. The marble base is very heavy, and I'm not worried about it tipping. However, the design is a bit odd in that you just place the bottom of the stand in a hole in the base and make sure it's balanced, which means the stand leans and is not as vertical as I'd like. Since there's a chair in front of it in my house, that's not a huge deal. Assembly was a tad confusing but not super difficult. For the money, I think this is pretty decent. If you're going for a mid-century modern look, this will be perfect for you.

Installation was straightforward, though the solid, weighted base requires a bit of care — having a second set of hands helps. Once in place, the lamp transforms the room with its sculptural elegance. Its clean lines and warm glow capture the essence of mid-century modern design without feeling overly retro. It’s both functional and artful, an understated focal point that elevates the space effortlessly.

I really like it. Fits the area perfectly. I don't know why people are saying it tips. The base is heavy. I didn't weigh it but it has to be 20 lb. In addition by installing the pole in the very back end of the stone we are taking away any chance of it tipping over. It would be very hard to tip this lamp. I suggest that everybody reads the instructions. Took 20 minutes to put together. Is Styrofoam wasn't crushed so the mess was minimal and took about 5 minutes to vacuum up. Looks way more expensive than it is.

Don't waste your money!!! I accidentally missed the return window, so now I'm stuck with this useless lamp. While it looks good, the two bottom rods that screw together at the base, do NOT stay together. There are too few threads to hold the weight of the globe, which is pretty heavy. So, I get a lamp that is not stable, and have two metal base rods that bow and come apart at the threads. Very disappointed, as it was on the higher price end. I will have to figure out how to make it more stable.

Gorgeous lamp that hits above its weight. We get constant compliments on it, and it looks and feels like a much more expensive lamp. I don't think anyone would know that we didn't spend $500+ on it.

山荘の丸テーブルのダイニング用に購入しました。壁も床もウッドなので、真鍮色が意外とマッチして良い感じです。電球色のLED60w相当の電球を購入して取り付けました、フットスイッチでオンオフできます。使ってみた感じで、調光調色の出来るリモコン付きのモノに替えようかとも… 照明の器具部分は大きくかなり存在感がありますが、吹き抜けの天井なので圧迫感がそれほど無くてうまく納まった感じです。ただ台座はかなり重いので安定感はありますが…表面はかなりキズっぽい感じでした。まあ気にしない事にします。金額は為替の変動によって変動するようですので、購入を検討されている方は、毎日の価格をチェックされて、円高のタイミングで*ポチっ*とされると良いかと思います。

Es una pieza elegante y al mismo tiempo funcional, puedes encender y apagar la lampara con un botón que se encuentra en el piso, sin temor a romperlo, es bastante resistente. Combina estilo contemporáneo con practicidad, a pesar de que es un material resistente, cuando la moví de lugar sin querer choque de manera muy leve con la pared y se raspó un poco y ya no se le quitó. Tiene una altura aproximada170.00 cm, esta lámpara proporciona una luz suave, yo recomiendo un foco con luz amarilla ya que es un producto para interiores, es muy adecuada para la lectura o actividades que requieren concentración visual sin embargo alumbra muy bien todo el entorno. Fue muy fácil de armar aunque considero se necesitan dos personas, la base es muy pesada pero es normal ya que sostiene la lampara y permite que no se caiga. El color que elegí es negro y la base es mármol, le da un toque de lujo y elegancia.

Arc is bit on the smaller side. Could have been bit bigger. Product is exactly as picture though.

I have this lamp for 2 years now and im obsessed with it, easy to build and the base is very heavy. After reading some reviews i saw that some snapped because de arch is too thin, wich I agree, so instead of waiting and hoping it doesnt break, i put a little hook on the ceiling and attached a clear fishing line to the head of the lamp so this never happens. and its been amazing ever since, the clean wire doesnt even show and my mind is at peace!
