Great product. I use lavender and rose and it fills the house with a beautiful smell. Looks great and the water mist is great. I didn't get one of these before because I thought it was steam. It isn't. The mist is cool. You can even stick your face in it and inhale the lovely aroma. Nice choice of light colours, too

My instructions were completely wrong talking about "mist" and "light" buttons which are not there. So here, for those who also have the wrong instruction manual... I had two buttons. Above it says ON, 1h, 3h, 6h. Press left once to turn the light on. Tap it multiple times to cycle through light colours. Hold it to turn the lights off. The button on the right is where you can set the timer and start the mist. Press once on the right to start mist, twice to set the time from 1hr/3hr/6hr and again to turn the whole thing off. None of that was in my manual so I hope it helps anyone else trying to figure this thing out. The instructions talk about buttons that aren't even on the diffuser. It says "press mist" and "press light" there's two buttons though none of them say mist or light. In the instructions it says there's a max fill line. There isn't though. The word "max" is no where on this model either. I just had to assume 300ml is the max amount of water you can put in and the ridge inside the water tank may be the max fill line but it doesn't say that anywhere. Note, there is no remote control in the box and there is no measuring cup for water. The colour changing is nice, the mist is pleasant, there is a slight buzzing sound but it's not loud. I don't know why they would include a manual for a different model diffuser as this one was useless. I had to work it out on my own.

I was so impressed with the smaller one I bought for my bedroom that I ordered the larger one for my living room. The only issue is that my dog barks when the vapour comes out. 🤭 I suppose the old girl has no issues with her eyes... she will eventually get used to it.

Works great initially and used for a few weeks. Didn't use for a few weeks now it doesnt work. Only bought in October and its totally broken after a few weeks use. Have emailed customer support. Turns on but turns itself off after few seconds without diffusing anything.
