The Fixture Bolt is M10 -1.50. Normal length is 20mm.

Q: what is the max weight this can hold?

I am really unclear as to why these past answers are so wrong!!! These clamps hold a lot! I have never tested their rated limit of 99 pounds, but I do hang fixtures around 40 pounds and have no issues!
