The colours and design were exactly like shown. Lovely fresh floral pattern on cream background, that completely brightened up an extremely comfy but rather faded favourite armchair for my grandmother. The fit was excellent in spite of our chair being a slightly different shape to the one shown in the picture. I don’t know how well it will wash, but for the price I don’t care that much, it looks great and when it starts to look a bit aged I will order another one. Very generous, stretchy material I am sure it would fit most armchairs very well. Any excess fabric just tucks invisibly away into grooves for a snug fit and smooth, wrinkle free finish. Buy one you won’t regret it!

I bought this cover along with the matching ottoman cover to refresh an old Ikea Strandmon chair. The chair itself was still sturdy, but the original fabric was looking very tired. The slipcover has completely changed its appearance and made it look new again, at a fraction of the cost of reupholstery or replacement. The two-piece design fits the chair well. The stretchy spandex material makes it easy to slip on, and once adjusted it sits neatly without sagging. The fabric is soft and comfortable to sit on, and it washes easily in the machine, which is handy for everyday use. This is very much a “cheap and cheerful” solution — the material is thinner than heavy upholstery fabric, so it is best seen as a protector and style update rather than a luxury finish. That said, it does its job well, and the option to replace it again in future if needed makes it a practical choice. Overall, a quick, inexpensive way to give an old Strandmon a fresh look and extend its life.

Easy to put on and looks really good, have had many compliments about it

Needed to give my ikea standmon chair a fresh new look. I read so many reviews on Amazon and these seat covers had the best write up’s. At around £22 I thought I’ve really got nothing to loose by trying. Very easy to fit and comes with foam rolls to push down the sides to keep the cover in place. I even managed to use some tiny elastic bands to put round the buttons. I’m so happy with the look, the colours are fantastic! I can’t comment on how it washed as I haven’t washed it yet.

It's grand. The foam rollers supplied are useless and it's hard to get tea coffee stains it of, bit disappointed tbh

I bought the Strandmon wing back chair from IKEA 3 years ago but it was getting super dirty and discoloured. I wanted to buy a cover for it that could be washed. After searching high and low, I came across this one! Initially, it was a bit confusing to put it on but then realised there's a video on the chair cover page that shows you exactly 🙈 Key thing is to put the label at the back and pull the cover right down to the bottom. I've only just put it on so I can't tell how it will fare or wash but so far I'm pleased with it. Soft material, fits well (once it's all tucked in) and looks lovely.

Wel straf dat ik leveringskosten moest betalen per stuk (2) en het aangeleverd krijgen één (1) pakje. Ben dus bedrogen met de leveringskosten : 15 euro is er teveelbetaalden maakt het artikel duurder. 😡
