This dummy is so cool. Arrived in good time even though delivered from India. Contacted seller beforehand and asked them to send me a larger model (180cm long) and they kindly obliged. It’s heavy if you fill it all with clothes. If I were to do it again, I’d stuff it 1/2 and 1/2 with clothes and the light, white stuffing everyone recommends to use, just to lighten it a bit. I also used swimming noodles in the arms and legs, just to help retain it’s shape.which work really well. Also, I put a gi on mine (remember it’s the larger model) Size A5 gi goes well with and A3 belt fit nicely. All in all, a great product to supplement your training.

Excellent dummy for practicing a range of manoeuvres in Bjj. Only a white belt myself but its been great for going over techniques taught in class such a submissions from guard,side control and mount.As I can only attend 2 classes per week having the dummy really helps at home! I stuffed it with 20kg worth of clothes rags, still a few gaps left once I started working on legs or as for a period of time but I think I could of stuffed the dummy better. Would highly recommend!

Very happy with my grappling dummy. I filled it with old clothes, bubble wrap/plastics and Pool noodles for the legs and arms. Very happy with it. Really useful to drill techniques when you can't get to class

Having owned this dummy for just over a week now, I have to say I am extremely happy with my purchase. Firstly contact was always excellent between seller and myself. The dummy itself obviously needed filling which was easily done by emptying an old punch bag, and this didn't take long. Obviously I've only been training with my grappling dummy for a short week, so can't fully vouch for it's durability, but it does seem to be holding up well. The fact that it is posed into a contracted position makes it easier to place into the common grappling positions whether you are practicing escapes or sweeps/reversals from the bottom or guard passing/top attacks. Delivery was surprisingly quick and the seller immediately let me know that he has dispatched the item. At this stage I'd highly recommend this product!

My son uses this for jiu-jitsu practice. It took ages to stuff it with 20kg of fabric and its quite hard reaching down to the feet of it. We used exactly 20kg and it's really heavy to move around and a bit stiff for a 12 year old to use but it has already softened up a lot. We named him Kevin, he keeps his guard well but the fixed arms mean he's very good at defending an armbar!

Perfect for drilling techniques as a beginner. I use it for 30min on the nights I can't make it to training and it has helped alot.
