Excellent indoor/outdoor I/R Camera. Very high quality and one of a few I have purchased over the years. Very reliable and excellent optics, ability to focus and outstanding Infrared range. It could be argued that the night vision is better resolution than the day, Only problem was the last one I received was a dud because mine came with no wiring which protrudes out the back.

Absolutely perfect! Great price! It comes with a very long cord to connect the camera to the recording box. Just one quick tip, don't forget to buy the cord to plug them up to the power supply. I was adding two more cameras to four that I already had when I bought the system. The system came with a power supply plug for only four cameras. I had to go back on amazon and bought an adapter to switch it to supply 8 cameras. It was only like $6.00, so it's not so bad. But cameras worked perfect.

Having used the Samsung SDC-9441BC cameras in the past I can honestly say these cameras which are the newer updated are better. For starters these have a metal casing, unlike the old plastic casing. They are all white and don't have the grey piece the old ones did that made the cameras stand out like a sore thumb. These have better night vision and I'm pretty sure they are exactly the same as the older models, however the older models had a tinted film on the night vision lights which made them come on at times they shouldn't have. These do not have that tinted film so the night vision comes on when it should. The camera itself is exactly the same as the older models as far as the picture goes so you won't see any difference there. It's not a 4 mp camera, but for a 1 mp 1080p camera it's pretty impressive. The picture is clear and has a nice viewing range. The only thing I don't like about these cameras are it doesn't have a ball joint like the older model. The older model was much easier to get the camera into whatever position you wanted. These ones have several allen wrench adjustments. A minor inconvenience, but the ball joint was just better in my opinion. These are slightly bigger then the older model. If you are trying to decide between this model of the older ones, go with these.

Didn't work

Already had an 8 pack of Samsung cameras bought at Sams, but one of the cameras went out. We bought this one to replace it, which was a great product and great value, however, the screws were different than the ones we bought from Sams. This camera requires you to have a tiny Allen-type wrench (think Ikea furniture), and it wasn't included in the box, and we didn't have one. It would have been nice even for a dollar more to have that in the packaging so that we could install the camera fully when it comes in instead of having to go out and purchase something else. Otherwise, great product and would recommend!

Excellent product This makes my 2nd camera off of this seller and both have worked very well. As of 7/30/22 the camera picture shows a cable but look over that the camera is as advertised. I had written the seller and he stated I would get the correct item and I did and it is working well. If you feel uneasy just write the seller who responded and reassuring it was as advertised.
