Does this replace PAG 68?

PAG 68 is measure of viscosity of the oil, I use the synthetic because it works with both R12 and R134 and soon to be 410

I think the better question is if your compressor can use this oil. You should be able to use it with R410 but your compressor might not be able to use this. You need to check your compressor.
