Worked perfectly. Small, light. Solved my brownout disruption issues.
Small, easy to mount. Input requirement and connector flexibility allowed me maximum freedom in supplying the input voltage. Output voltage is clean and stable as would be expected from a UPS.

Completely defective
Won’t charge, won’t turn on, won’t even let electricity run through it for the appliance to work. Troubleshooting didn’t fix the issue. Now I have to ship back and deal with the headache of refunds and replacements, and I won’t have it on time, so this was an entire waste. The other same product works fine, but this one is trash, and I need it sooner than it will be replaced and have to go out of my way to ship back trash.

working like a dream as UPS for my ESP project.
I'm using this as a battery backup for my esp32 project that monitors my main battery backup! Works great seamless integration into a USB level voltage load. Thought i would have to make something like this but much happier that i was just able to buy it.

Great for power-proofing a router
Installation couldn't be simpler: just plug the router or other device's AC power supply into the mini-UPS, then use the included cable to run from the mini-UPS to the device. Switch it on, and the device has battery backup. I haven't fully tested the battery life, but after 10-15 minutes of running while I routed cables in the family room the battery gauge still read 4:4 bars. The only downside is that the connections to the UPS are 2.5/5.5mm, while most WiFi devices use 2.1/5.5mm plugs. The cable that is supplied with the UPS seems to take up the slack on the router side, but you'll likely need an adapter on the input side. And you'll be hard-pressed to find one locally, meaning another order to Amazon and a 1-2 day delay in setup. I think the manufacturer should consider shipping an adapter in the box.

Works as advertised
I used the included adapters and the power hooks up just fine to my TP-link 4+1 port unmanaged switch. Fully charged the unit powered the switch easily during the 75 minutes of testing I did during LAN gameplay between 2 PCs. At the end of the 75 minute tests it hadn't even used up the first LED of battery capacity. That said It was a very small unmanaged switch. YMMV with bigger switches or a combined managed switch and firewall appliance. This seems exactly what it is advertised to be

Not powerful enough for Fios G1100 Router
I really wanted to like this. It's small, quiet and simple, but, unfortunately, it's not powerful enough to power my Verizon Fios G1100 Router. The router says it needs 5V 3Amps and this backup says it supports that, but it's not putting out 3Amps, so when the power is out, the router goes out even when plugged into the battery.

Works flawlessly ... don't forget other devices needed though.
So I bought this and it works perfectly. Forgot that my ISP provided dish uses POE for their hardware on the roof supplied by a separate device. So my router works flawlessly but my internect connection does not. I need another similar device to supply POE backup power. Power in our area goes out frequently for 4-6 hours I had high hopes. The search goes on...

not convinced yet
have it 1 week now and it seems that it does not want to keep the battery topped-up even with minimal load on its output.perhaps the charger circuit is not that great or the batteries were old when shipped.probably going to return it. was worth a try, but for the cost, it seems that a regular 120vac ups might be better than the 12v dc version.
