I struggled to know what earphones to go for with so many on the market but glad i chose these. The sound quality is really very good and it was realy easy to set them up too. Just a warning though that the orange colour is actually a very girly pink, not what i was expecting at all , but doesnt bother me enough to send back. Battery life seems really good too. I mostly listen to music at the gym an audiobooks in bed before sleeping and these serve both purposes well. They are comfortable to wear when lying on my side in bed but annoying mly the button does sometimes get pressed by the pillow pausi g it but this is a monor annoyance - i would rather there were no buttons at all on them. They dont fall out when running etc. Good buy for a decent price.

Great value great product

these had been on my watch list for over a year, and when the price come down I took the grab, the Sony WF-C500 are a little powerhouse, firstly they are well packaged in recycled material which is eco-friendly, congratulations to Sony for this innovation. The wireless earbuds are well-built and feel durable only time will tell, the sound quality is superb despite the lack of noise cancellation there is a lot of clarity, the addition and implementation of DSEE ( Sony technology)is an added advantage as its ability to restore losses from compression. The earbuds can also process Apple AAC codex apart from common SBC codex which is another plus. The earbuds are also Sony 360 reality audio capable which can be compared to Dolby atmos or DTX. The earbuds come in a nice pocket-sized capsule which is able to provide 20hrs charging with each Earbud able to provide 10hrs respectively of listening when fully charged (endurance test not yet done). The only downside with the charging case it's not able to show in-app how much it has or on the device. The controls on earbuds are easy to grasp L controls the Volume up/down, R controls tracks forward/previous. The earbuds are ingress-rated IPX4 which makes them suitable for outdoor activities as they are splash and sweat-proof rated against. The earbuds come with a USB-C to USB-A cable would have been better if it was USB-C to USB-C cable as that's the new normal the companion app by Sony is a plus as it allows for EQ changes, firmware updates and is able to monitor battery levels on each of the earbuds. the pricing was very reasonable and my take is in the price range these are the best wireless earbuds one can get, and plus these were given 5 stars by WHAT HI*FI in November 2021.

Sony WF-C500 True Wireless Headphones is one pair of earbuds I am incredibly happy to recommend especially to those customers who like myself have small ear canals and the surrounding area. I have been searching for the perfect earbuds, and I do believe at last I have found them. I say this for one main reason they are so comfortable to wear, even for a prolonged period as well as being comfortable they stay in my ears even when I am doing a workout or even my one main test, I am able to bend down and tie my laces and this in my opinion perfect sized earbuds stay in my ears and there are no games of a search for the earbuds which I have done many times throughout my time of wearing earbuds. I love the clarity of sounds when using this set of earbuds, from music to my books via audible the sounds are clear and pitch perfect. A quality pair of earbuds which I am incredibly happy to recommend to customers who like myself have smaller ears therefore it takes a special pair of earbuds which fulfil this destiny. Happy to recommend.

I bought these headphones three times. They are comfortable, fit well, and sound pretty good. But the first set I bought had a very annoying clicking sound in one ear when no audio was playing. I sent them back assuming this was a rare fault and ordered another. The next set had no clicking, but started to glitch out completely after a day or two and stopped working. I thought I was very unlucky and just happened to get two bad sets in a row, and I still liked them (except for the part where they were faulty), so I ordered a third pair. And wouldn't you know, the clicking sound was in that pair as well. I'm not getting a fourth and I wouldn't reccomend them to anyone.

I love them, to be honest this is my third pair of wireless earbuds I’ve bought. I’ve previously had beats and AirPods but I lost them. I think it’s to do with the fact they are slicker and smaller, whereas the case for the Sony ones are a bit chunkier so less easy to lose. The sound is really great, doesn’t take long to charge and is one of the cheaper earbuds on the market. They are easy to use, and I’m really happy with them. Highly recommend.

Their strongest feature is that they are super comfortable. But I’ve read reviews of people who are saying the sound quality is great, and that is flat out incorrect. The sound quality is passable, but very poor bass. A bit tinny. You can get better sound quality from earphones that cost £20. I’ve had mine for about 18 months. I’ve used them a lot, but one of them just died. It will no longer recharge. I also noticed that the battery life diminished pretty rapidly with daily use. For the £50 mark, I’d not buy these again.

I bought these a few days ago due to reviews saying how good they are. They fit my ears perfectly. Sound via Bluetooth on huawei p30 pro & samsung tv is truly excellent. Connected without issue and now auto connect when removing from case. App allows fine tuning. They have not fallen out at any time. The black ones had a 2 week wait so I ordered the orange (peach really). Less chance to misplace. The 10hr + 10hr case recharge is accurate. Very happy, try them guys 😁 Update, 2 months use, daily use & still perfect, really recommend these guys, definitely 5 stars

Have 5 of the WF-C500 and I love all of them. Working 5-8 hours a day with 1 load. The Bluetooth has an ok reach 4-7 meter or one floor above. Music sounds decent and gaming to.

Heller Klang = etwas weniger Bass, dafür aber sehr gute Bassqualität. Besonders gut für Leisehörer. Bei lauterem Hören passt diese Abstimmung vermutlich nicht für Teenager, sondern eher für ältere Personen mit leichter Hörschwäche. Gute Dynamik, Bühne und Abbildung. Sogar besser als eine 3x so teure Final Audio ZE3000. Etwas groß und daher optisch nicht zeitgemäß. Dafür aber sicherer Halt im Ohr, auch beim Laufen. Mit Hilfe der App kann man den Klang mit Hilfe des Equalizers ändern. Leider verschlechtert der Equalizer den Klang deutlich (Details, Präzision, Dynamik). Dieser Kopfhörer hat eine leicht überdurchschnittliche passive Abschirmung gegenüber Lärm. Daher gut für alle, denen ANC sowieso Kopfschmerzen bereitet. Die Maximallautstärke ist viel zu hoch. Dadurch kann man auch noch in lauten Umgebungen (z.B. Fitnessstudio) Musik gut hören und ohne es zu merken Stück für Stück seine Hörfähigkeit schädigen. Sicherer Halt, gute Klangqualität für Leisehörer, 55€, passt.
