Awesome compact reverse osmosis system
This iSpring RO600 is excellent! I purchased this iSpring to replace a 5-stage RO system with a tank (a different popular brand), as I had bought replacement membranes for that system, but they produced a weird and horrible taste. When I contacted that former RO's customer service, they were difficult to get a hold of, then rude on the phone when I finally got through, then asked to send in pictures of the faulty system and filters via email. They ended up not helping us and were rude in the non-ownership of the problem their replacement filters had created. That lead me to research a lot of systems here on Amazon and decided to purchase this iSpring system because of all the wonderful features. The RO600 takes up less than half of the valuable under-sink space that the former 5-stage did; it is sleek-looking; and the water waste for purification is less than half of that of the 5- stage, which translates into more money in my pocket at the end of the month. I will never go back to a tank! The RO600 is very quiet and the water the iSpring puts out is clean, clear, refreshing, and tasteless. The RO600 puts out water much more quickly than my old system. Also, there is no guessing if everything is okay with the iSpring, or if a filter needs to be replaced, because of the 3 LED lights on it. It is also an easy process to change the 2 membranes, unlike traditional RO systems. So you don't end up with water all over the floor and old filters in your sink draining for hours after changing the 5 different membranes. The iSpring is plug-and-play and you don't need a special wrench for the task! The filters are very affordable when replacement time rolls around, especially since one of the two membranes only needs to be replaced every 2 years, and the second one, once a year. This saves a lot of money compared to 5 + membranes replaced each year with other systems. It comes out to less than $1.50 per week for a 600 gpd RO system. If you have any questions regarding the system, the customer service is outstanding. There's someone who can answer your questions that's based here in the U.S., and you feel like a valued customer. This is a night-and-day difference from my other experience, and I will be an iSpring customer for life! Finally, there were some reviews stating that it couldn't be hooked up to a fridge. Ours is spliced out to our 2012 Maytag and it works just fine. It has a tiny delay the first 1/4 second of operation, but runs smoothly after that. (I believe it's just the length of the connecting line, combined with gravity.) This does not bother me and I really wouldn't think anything of it, other than trying to be 100% honest in a review. I'm glad I chose the iSpring RO600 for my home. It was a great financial and healthy investment for clean drinking water for my family of four and a total upgrade from my old 5-stage RO system with a tank.

ISpring Tankless RO
This ISpring Tankless RO is exceptional both in function and in the amazing service that is provided for ongoing support. Drinking water is THE major health issue for overall wellness, longevity, etc. First the product...it is tankless so installation under a sink is straightforward. I still had my plumber do it and he was done in 10 minutes. Then you get crystal clear on demand drinking water all day. Suddenly my coffee, tea, soups, etc. all taste amazing. Filter changes are a breeze...on a six month, one year, and two year cycle....it is just a quarter turn and done. It is easier than changing inkjet printer cartridges. Next, the service. ISpring provides support with REAL HUMANS. You call on an issue of filter change or anything else and a helpful rep with real expertise is there to guide you. In my case my system started to act up and not deliver water without unplugging and replugging the unit several times. I called ISpring and my rep -- NICK -- listened to the pattern I described and determined it was an issue with the pump....my unit was 21 months old and within the warranty and he promptly sent me a new base unit! This was amazing....they really do stand behind their product and the price is so reasonable for something that is essential every day. I tell everyone about this system because of its quality and for super service reps like NICK who truly care about their clients.!

Great filter, awesome customer support
It’s a great system. Super compact, water tastes great, the faucet is a really nice design that matches our other fittings. I’ve got it hooked up with an adapter to my fridge too, so I’ve got clean water, clean ice, and generally feeling much better about the water I give my kids. When I bought the unit I had some issues with installation and had a leak from one of the filter housings. Reached out for support and Sean helped me right away, talked through the issue and then sent out a full replacement unit which arrived fast. Super easy, very helpful customer service—these guys definitely stand behind their products. The new unit works great and was an easy install. Great product, great company, great support team. Thanks!

10/10 Recommend! - Truly GREAT product and customer service!
This is WORDY but please read through this as it (should) push you over the side of the fence in selecting this company for your water purification needs!!! I WILL be an iSpring customer for LIFE! Alright, let's dive into the iSpring RO500AK-BN+UVF8 Tankless Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration System and, more importantly, the stellar customer experience iSpring delivers. This isn't just another water filter; it's a powerhouse of purification packed into a sleek, tankless design. The RO500AK-BN+UVF8 promises and delivers on providing high-quality, clean water with its multi-stage reverse osmosis process and the added benefit of UV sterilization. You can taste the difference immediately – gone are the chlorine notes and any lingering odd flavors. The water is crisp, refreshing, and gives you peace of mind knowing it's been thoroughly filtered. The tankless design is a real space-saver, especially if you're tight on under-sink real estate, and the on-demand flow rate is impressive. No more waiting for a tank to fill! However, where iSpring truly shines, and what elevates this product from just a good water filter to an excellent investment, is their customer service. In a world increasingly dominated by automated systems and outsourced support that can leave you feeling frustrated and unheard, iSpring offers a refreshing and genuinely valuable experience: real human beings answering the phone. Let me tell you, this is not a small thing. When you have a question about installation (and let's be honest, plumbing can sometimes throw curveballs), or if you need troubleshooting down the line, the ability to speak directly with a knowledgeable person who understands their product is invaluable. You're not navigating endless menus or trying to decipher heavily accented instructions from someone thousands of miles away. Instead, you get clear, concise guidance from someone who cares about resolving your issue. I had a minor hiccup during my initial setup (completely my own doing, I might add!), and calling iSpring's customer service was a breath of fresh air. The representative was patient, walked me through the steps, and had me up and running in no time. There was no feeling of being rushed or dismissed, just genuine support. It's easy to overlook the importance of customer service until you need it. iSpring's commitment to providing accessible, human support over the phone, even if it might be less "convenient" or cost-effective for them compared to outsourcing, speaks volumes about their dedication to their customers. It fosters trust and makes you feel confident in your purchase, knowing that help is readily available if you need it. In conclusion, the iSpring RO500AK-BN+UVF8 is a fantastic tankless reverse osmosis system that delivers exceptional water quality and convenience. However, the true standout feature, the cherry on top, is iSpring's remarkable customer service. The peace of mind that comes with knowing you can speak to a real person, right here, should you ever need assistance, is a significant value proposition that sets iSpring apart. If you're looking for a reliable water filtration system backed by a company that truly cares about its customers, look no further than Spring. Building on my previous thoughts about the iSpring RO500AK-BN+UVF8, I have an even more compelling recent experience that underscores the exceptional customer service iSpring provides. Following a significant military PCS move across the country, my RO system unfortunately experienced some faults, likely due to the journey. Understandably, this was frustrating, as having access to clean water is paramount, especially after such a disruptive event. I reached out to iSpring's customer service, and once again, I was met with a level of support that truly went above and beyond. I had the pleasure of speaking with a representative named Nick, who immediately took ownership of the situation. He listened patiently as I described the issues and, without any hesitation or unnecessary troubleshooting hoops, quickly identified the likely culprit. What happened next truly impressed me. Nick didn't just offer vague advice or point me towards online manuals. Instead, he swiftly arranged for the necessary replacement parts to be shipped out to my new location. The speed and efficiency with which this was handled were remarkable. It was clear that Nick and the entire iSpring team understood the inconvenience of being without a functioning water filtration system and were committed to getting me back up and running as quickly as possible. This experience reaffirmed my initial positive impressions of iSpring's customer service. It's one thing to have helpful support for initial setup, but it's another level entirely to receive such prompt and effective assistance when dealing with post-purchase issues, especially after a challenging cross-country move. Nick's professionalism, empathy, and decisive action were truly commendable. In a market flooded with options, iSpring distinguishes itself not only through the quality of its products but also through its unwavering commitment to its customers. Knowing that I can rely on genuine, human support from a United States-based company like iSpring is incredibly valuable. It’s a testament to their integrity and their understanding that customer satisfaction extends far beyond the initial purchase. Therefore, I wholeheartedly reiterate my recommendation. If you're looking for a top-notch reverse osmosis water filtration system and want to support a United States-based company that stands behind its products with truly exceptional customer service, look no further than iSpring. My recent experience with Nick and their swift response to my post-move issues has only solidified my belief that iSpring is a company that deserves your hard-earned dollars. They don't just sell a product; they provide a complete and reliable experience. Best, J

Outstanding Results, Great Support from iSpring
I purchased a RO-500AK under sink tankless RO water filter about a year ago. The unit was extremely easy to install and the instructions were thorough and included pictures. I was amazed at how compact the unit is compared to my previous under sink filter system. The unit has filter minders that give a purple indication that a filter change is upcoming (about 30 days) and then a red indicator when it is time to change just performed my second filter change (the alkalinity filter at 6 months and the alkalinity and composite filters at 1-year) and I am amazed at how easy the process is, just a quarter turn counter clockwise, remove the old filter, insert the new one, a quarter turn back clockwise and its done. Once I had the filter installed, I gave the system the ultimate test. I poured two identical glasses of water, held my breath, and called my wife into the room. I asked her to do a blind taste test and choose her favorite. She immediately chose the iSpring filtered water, claiming that it tasted "cleaner". She has turned into quite the water aficionado, and uses it to cook as well as drinking. The water has such a clean taste we prefer it to tap and bottled water. Like many, I use a CPAP nightly. The unit has to be filled nightly with distilled water, so I bought a small countertop distiller to "make" my own water. The unit distills the water by boiling then recondensing the water into an outside container. All of the sediment and minerals are left in the boiling chamber. I was horrified at the sludge that remained after distilling a single gallon of water and had to clean it after each gallon. Now that I use my iSpring filtered water in the distiller, I distill 4 gallons of water each session with there being hardly any sediment or mineral scaling and can wipe it clean with a paper towel. What an added bonus! After my last filter change I inadvertently kinked the water supply line resulting in a no-flow condition. I used the contact icon tool and left a message about my issue. Myra contacted me promptly via email requesting a detailed description of what I had done and pictures of the unit. Don called me the next morning to help troubleshoot the filter system. He walked me through various steps of troubleshooting, had me text him pictures and worked to resolve the issue. When I moved the unit out from under the sink, the kink was eliminated and my unit was functioning normally again. I was somewhat embarrassed that I had tied up the support staff with something that was my fault, but he remained on the line and made sure that the system was 100% restored. Talk about customer focused service, these guys set the example and stand behind their product. If you are considering an undersink RO filter for your family, I highly recommend iSpring and this product and the company behind it. You know what they say "happy wife, happy life", she was so concerned about not having the filter available . I am just glad that we were able to get the filter back online quickly. You can buy this item with confidence! If you have any questions about it, let me know. Thanks

Positives and Negatives
Negative: -If you run it past 30 minutes it shuts off which I ran into when flushing the system so there is an extra cost of buying a remote on-off switch so no one has to crawl under the sink to unplug the system and plug it back in too reset it or even change filters. Needs a power/reset switch or switches on the main ro unit. One of the main selling points of a tankless system is supposed ease of use. -Not a continues duty pump. So a 30 minute maximum runtime. Not a big deal to me, but might be for some. -High tds after being in standby so a flush is needed. I have seen the tds get down to 4 if I wait long enough, but I don't flush that much water down the sink. Which means I have to keep water containers if I want clean water without throwing away too much water to get there. -Nothing mentioned about ice maker hookup in ad that I could find. I noticed the pump cycling on-off when the ice maker was filling so I purchased a small 1/4 gallon pressure tank that mitigated the issue. -I put a pressure gauge on the outlet water line and the pressure that the booster pump shuts down pegs my psi pressure gauge at over 100psi then settling down to about 100psi after awhile(my pressure gauge goes to 100psi). While its running it is not that high a pressure, but I did not check running pressure. I am using all high pressure rated fittings and water line like at the t-junction(spigot and ice maker) just in case. The on and off pressure at the outlet should be in the specs. At least I could not find it if it is. Edit: I checked the water pressure between the tank and the ice maker with a gauge after I added the small tank and my input pressure is about 40psi and now the shutoff pressure is around 40 psi too. The tank changed the cutoff pressure from over 100psi to 40. Hmm. Don't know why but I suggest at least a small tank. I use 1/4 gallon. Positives: Easy install of filters. Fairly quite for a booster pump system. I ran a booster pump and a permeate pump on a 20 gallon tank system for years so I know there not silent. Fast water flow rate, more than a 75gpd ro system with a 20 gallon tank at 60psi and it stays high(at least for 30 minutes at a time). Neutral: Since I am having to add a small tank and my old ro tank was not under the sink to start with, the space savings is nil with subtracting a pressure pump and a permeate pump but adding a small tank. -I also bought water stands and water dispensers for 5 gallons of water storage. I fill the dispensers by having a t-fitting under the sink and running a 1/4 inch line with a on/off valve at the end of it to the dispensers. I won't move water dispensers around the kitchen. One thing I noticed, getting the water from the 2 gallon glass dispenser is way faster than the RO spigot even if the RO membrane has already been flushed. So lose time filling the dispensers, but gain time filling the drink glasses. I also added a one way check valve to the reject water line(so in case the sink ever gets plugged) and a inline post carbon filter. Now its just how long it will last before parts needed and a parts list to find them if available. My old tank RO system was about 25 years old with easy replacement or add on parts if needed. Edit: Before with the tank system, I would add unfiltered water from the faucet back into the RO water to raise tds for making coffee(for flavor) and RO water is corrosive on metal parts. The RO spigot is not used after I fill the water dispensers except for filling the coffee maker's tank, so the tds after filling the coffee machine tank without flushing first will be around 100-125 which is fine for coffee and I don't have to mix RO water with tap water. That was something I wasn't expecting when I purchased this unit. Plus it keeps water flowing through the RO system every day or two between water canister filling. I also added a camera so I can watch the filling of the water canisters from the comfort of my office chair :-)

Exceptional filter system and company!
I have spent a ridiculous amount of time researching RO system over the past few years and finally pulled the trigger and bought this one. In short, I'm glad I did! We already have a whole house filter and our refrigerator also has a drinking water filter. Myself, I wasn't overly concerned about using that water, but with all the talk about all the chemicals and crap that's in our water, my wife decided so would no longer even drink that water and turned to drink bottled spring water, which has nano plastics in it and produces all that plastic waste from all those bottles. So, in light of all that, I decided that now was the time to get an RO system. Having experience with the typical RO systems that have the tank and all the tubing running everywhere, I knew I wanted a tankless system. They're also so much more efficient and produce much more water and take up far less space. I spent several more weeks going back through all the options and finally narrowed it down to two systems; the Waterdrop G3, and this iSpring RO500AK-BN, with the iSpring being the clear winner for a number of reasons. First, the company is amazing and they are located near Atlanta, where we live. Whenever I've called to ask questions, they just pick of the phone and are so helpful and personable. Michelle answered all my questions and I felt confident I was getting a system that met our needs. I absolutely love iSpring and feel that I will always have top-notch support for this product, should I ever need it. Secondly, I love that this system has the remineralizer built in, so you don't need to add an additional filter inline. This makes filter changes so simple and reduces connection points. This was important to me, knowing that my wife could easily maintain the system herself if she ever needs to. Those were the main reasons that stood out before I got the system. Now that we have it installed and have been using it for a while, I find many more reasons why I'm happy we chose this one. It's super-easy to install and comes with everything needed, provided that you have an electrical outlet located where you plan to install this. You do not need to be a plumber to install this. If you don't have an existing outlet, you will need to install one (or have an electrician do it, if you're not able to.) Luckily, we already had power under the sink for the disposal, so I had no problems converting the hard-wired disposal to a half-hot outlet, which now controls the disposal via the existing switch and provides a hot outlet for the RO system. All the parts and materials are extremely high quality. The system is super-quiet when operating! Seriously, I can barely hear it if the room is completely quiet. I've read that others are quite noisy; not this one. It takes up almost no space in our cabinet! (Still have room for all the crap that was in that cabinet.) Operation is simple and intuitive. It has color-coded indicators that show filter status, as well as audible alerts when filters are nearing end of life and/or need changing. Changing filters is as easy as it gets and takes literally 10 seconds. The design of the filters is also so much better than on traditional RO systems, where I've often had the main O-rings go bad, leaks, etc. These should never have any of those problem because of they way they're designed. The included faucet is high quality and beautiful! It's listed as 'brushed nickel', but it blends perfectly with our stainless steel faucet, so I think it's more of the blend of brushed nickel and stainless. IDK, but it just looks very nice! The flow rate is amazing and even faster than our fridge water dispenser. It can also produce up to 500 gallons of water per day and the flow rate is continuous, unlike typical RO systems that slow down to a trickle when the tank runs out. It has a 2:1 pure to drain ratio, compared with 1:2 or 1:2.5 of a traditional RO system. And, most importantly, it produces the best tasting water I've ever had! All things considered, this is the best system I've seen in the $500-ish price range. You get a lot of bang for the buck with this one and exceptional quality and support. I actually like it better than some I've seen that are closers to $800-$900, which still don't have all the features of this one. Also, mine included a card to register for a 3-year extended warranty, which is really nice and added piece of mind. If you buy one, be sure to register it. I was getting an error when trying to register on their website, but I was told to just send an e-mail request and Sean responded the same day to advise that my warranty was registered. (Did I mention how helpful the iSpring folks are?) All things considered, I highly recommend this system and iSpring as a whole. I paid for this system and received no compensation for this review. In fact, I passed up on a couple of similar systems that were offered to me for free and instead decided this was what I wanted and purchased it myself.

Great Product for clean water.
After extensive research on tankless water filters for our home we made the decision to purchase the ispring brand. Our little town has high chromium 6 levels and the water is very hard. This filter was perfect for what we needed. It was installed under our sink for cooking and drinking purposes. The installation was done by my husband and it was very easy for him to install following the directions. It comes with everything needed including filters. The only extra purchase that we did was buy a longer hose to connect the filter to our refrigerator. It also has a good warranty which was easy to do by registering on the company’s website. Thanks to Nick who helped with the registration on line my product has a 3 year warranty. We have had it for at least 3 months and it has been good. So far no issues.
