Purchase to look at motorcycle issues. Found fault instantly. Very happy also small enough to take on trips.

Works as expected, easy to use

used this tool a number of times and saved a fortune diagnosing faults which would cost 3 or 4 times more if I had put it into a garage for a diagnosis. Fairly basic information but once +you get the code you just have to do some googling (other search engines available 😁) to narrow down the issue. Easy to use and follow you dont need to be a mechanic but it helps to have some understanding of how a vehicle works.

Cheap compact brilliant does what I needed and I keep it in the car. I’d recommend it to anyone it’s so easy to use and it can’t do any damage to the car by using it.

I used it 3 times. I could find the error engine, diagnose and clear the error. The error came several times so the clearing is temporary until this is fixed. When I connected for the third time, the screen went white then grey snow all over the screen. Impossible to make it work or see the menu. I am very disappointed with Amazon choice as this OBD II scanner is more a child toy than a proper one. Very bad quality that degrades the product after 2 or 3 times use...I lost my money. Thank you.

Sadly didn't work with my vehicle. The unit looks and feels solid enough, but it simply didn't pick up the onboard computer. Might be because our vehicle is an older van. Sadly on this basis I can't give the unit a high rating. However I'm sure if it detects your vehicle it would do the job fine.

Excellent little tool for beginners
