This one fits and does not leak. I did add a touch of coconut oil to prime rubber.

A little loose but only a little more than the original. NO LEAK. Stanley does not sell or even have this stopper. They want you to buy a new bottle. “Made in China”. 60 dollars US for an 8 dollar part. Wasteful!

This is a direct replacement for the Stanley RS41 stopper used on the classic 16oz thermos. As well as many other Stanley products. It fits and is functional. Although it is a lesser quality build than the original. The Threads arent cast as well, so it tends to get crooked and can easily be tightened too tightly and become loose. The rubber seal was installed backwards on mine, but was easy enough to remove and reinstall correctly. The plastic itself is of similar quality, just poorly cast. I have used it for 7 days. And it keeps my coffee nearly as hot as the original stopper. But not quite as hot. On a budget... This will fit your old reliable stanley and keep your coffee hot for 8-10 hours. And gives you time to shop for an OE quality replacement.

The only way I could get this stopper to fit my Stanley was by removing the silicone gasket… but if you remove the gasket, it leaks (as one would expect it to do). If they made the gasket just a little bit smaller, this stopper would fit and function perfectly. It’s not surprising that an aftermarket manufacturer would make a part that doesn’t fit perfectly, but what’s surprising and disappointing is that Stanley no longer makes these stoppers, and they actually tell people to buy aftermarket ones. They claim to care about sustainability, but their decision to not offer factory original replacement parts means that I will have to throw my Stanley product in the trash. How is that sustainable?

This isn't an OEM stopper. I knew that but took a chance anyway. Unfortunately the threads aren't designed correctly and when you tighten it down the threads slip and it never fully tightens. I learned this the hard way & my coffee leaked everywhere the first time I used it. I'm not going to return it because it came with a nice gasket that I installed on my original stopper so either way problem solved.

Better than Stanley one.

スタンレー旧ロゴの750水筒の内栓が劣化してきたのでそれの代わりとして使ってます。 すこーしだけ回しにくくて直径が大きい感じはあるけど漏れなどはなし。 もしかして個体差の問題なのかも？

Tenía un termo Stanley desde 2009 guardado con el tapón roto y sin sello. Ayer lo vi y decidí buscar el tapón. Es exactamente igual, eso se llama calidad.

Wir waren froh, endlich einen Ersatzverschluß zu bekommen. Er passt, aber lässt sich nur mit Mühe bis zur Dichtheit der Thermoskanne eindrehen. Das können nur sehr kräftige Menschen. Nach einigen Tagen, wird es dann gängiger, wenn man die Übung mehrmals am Tag macht. Dann ist wieder alles gut. Der Verschluß passt nur auf die Stanley Classic Thermoskanne. Das ist die mit dem Metallschild. Der 2. Verschluß, wir verwenden 2 Thermoskannen, ging etwas besser.
