Very good product. Helps clear congestion so you can breathe easier and it also eliminates all the coughing and sneezing that comes with the congestion.

Loosen the Mucus
When you have chest congestion stemming from mucus forming from your bronchial airways, Mucinex is a very good product to thinning that mucus. The thickness of the mucus helps to make the chest congested. I love this product. I have a mild case of COPD and it has helped to loosen my mucus and have a more productive cough. It gets rid of the tightness in my chest. I sleep better at night. I get great feedback from those I already have recommended the product to. I wholeheartedly recommend this product!
