Fabulous in tea or coffee. The only thing is you need to stir it often to keep it suspended but a little bit of extra stirring is worth the creamy taste and benefits.

I put half a teaspoon in warm water , it stops acidity and helps ibs plus an easy way to take calcium

Just right for occasionally adjusting acidty in home wine-making. Handy to have but not often used so smaller pack is perfect.

As a vegan with inevitably a low calcium intake from food, I need a supplement for bone health - I had a friend who didn’t supplement, and the result was saddening. This powder is easy to take daily, and I will be reordering. I put it in a smoothie, but it would be fine sprinkled over any breakfast.
